Nice hotel at great location with easy access to parking
Pros:

Perfect location, easy access to town and close to Joan Stevens hall, plenty of parking at the carpark across the street. I’ve stayed here a few times and have seen different rooms. They have all been tidy and nice. Some are very big, where others are a more regular hotel room size.

Great value for a fantastic location.
Pros:

The location is fantastic for any visitors of the CBD area. The accommodation was so comfortable, especially when we endured some cold winds and wet weather during our stay. It was well equipped.

Cons:

If we could have had a slightly bigger pot, it would have helped the cooking side of things. And possibly slightly larger towels to keep adults wrapped up warm!

The weather wasnt the best but the apartment offered a great retreat. We had an awesomw weekend.
Pros:

The family apartment was fantastic. The location was perfect for accessing the waterfront Lambton Quay and the CBD. It's a longer walk to Te Papa than other accomodation but there is lots to see on the way.

Cons:

There wasnt an option to have twin beds in the apartment which was disappointing.
Limited parking on site.

Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Close to ferry terminal and harbour.

Cons:

This was the second time we stayed here in a week. First time there were no issues. This time we were in Room 409 and the continual noise from motors coming from outside (though it sounded like it was in the ceiling) made for an impossible nights sleep. Not impressed.

Lovely accommodation, but expected more for what we paid.
Pros:

Clean and warm. Washing was free and on our floor.

Cons:

There was no access to sky, Netflix etc. also parking you had to pay extra and in another building. For the cost we paid, I would expect that be included.

Warm, Comfortable and Safe
Pros:

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Wellington. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and comfortable, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The hotel felt very safe, making it easy to feel at home. We stayed for only two nights but wished it had been longer, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay, despite the wet and windy weather, we were so comfortable in our unit. The wonderful cleaning lady was amazing as well.
