A comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent cleanliness and attentive staff
Pros:

The room and amenities were very clean and spotless. The staff were considerate and attentive throughout my stay.

Cons:

The room was quite cold, although a heater was available if needed. It would also have been nice to have facial tissues provided.

Pros:

Very roomy and lovely and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking if we had needed to. Great to have oven and dishwasher

I want a refund on that carpark I never got to park in.
Pros:

The location, free gym and the beds.

Cons:

I paid for parking and someone parked in my spot and I still had to pay full price of $30 and I parked on top of the no parking area. I’m not sure why I didn’t get a refund when someone parked in my spot I paid for and only got sorry. We also had to buy our own toilet paper cause cleaners didn’t give us any on Sunday and Monday.

Water not hot enogh
Pros:

Parking is an issue here unless you pay for a parking before other guests. Park beside the hotel in the Wilson's car park. Had an issue with our hot water,but reception sorted this out. Other then that the hotel is good and it's in a good location.

Cons:

Just the fact parking is an issue and the hit water not being hit enough while having a shower water.
