A central location at an affordable price
Pros:

For such a centrally located property, this hotel provided an economical option for us. We were able to spend time in the city and find many hospitality and retail shops nearby, as well as access tourist information and attractions.

The beds were softer than the general hotel standard

Will be a strong option for our next stay.
Pros:

Perfect location, which is close to everywhere within walking distance. You can choose either entrance to The Terrace or to Lambton Quay.
The two-bedroom apartment is perfect for a small family, for we could have some space while the child was sleeping.
In general, warm and cosy with a bit of harbour view.
Self-service laundry is handy.

Cons:

Not about the hotel itself, but some random people wandering around The Terrace in the evening.
I don't need to write any more as we are happy with it.
