Convenient to the venue we were visiting as well as shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and room comfortable.
The first day, they seem to run out of breakfast choices but remedied it the next morning.
The staff member named Lauren was very rude and unwelcoming. I initially booked a pet-friendly room in advance (2 months to be exact). We arrive at the hotel and were told that all the pet rooms have been sold out. I was super irritated as the point of pre-booking should be for a customer to pick a room of their choice that best suits their needs. As we have a dog that has hip dysplasia we had requested a ground floor room. Since Lauren had mentioned they were all sold out she moved us to whatever room she found which was located on the second floor. The room was clean, however, I will never stay with this hotel ever again as Lauren lacks professionalism and customer service. Never were the words "sorry" or "I apologize for the inconvenience ever uttered". I was really taken aback by her behaviour.

The staff were prompt and courteous. There was security staff on every floor. The decor was modern, wifi good and TV large and bright. In-room amenities provided were decent and the location was perfectly on the western edge of the city near lots of good takeout food. The parking was decently spaced with proper security monitoring to prevent thieves. Highly recommend the chicken chef, legitimately just a few steps off. Despite the smaller room size, it's design makes it quite cozy to be in.
The door to the rooms are not sealed, with a good 1-2 centimeter clear open gap at the bottom of every room door, which seems to be the sole source of ventilation into the room. Guess that's why the AC was dustier than a forgotten broom closet. Additionally, the way the hallways and rooms are designed, this means that every door slammed is loudly echoed through your room. This also means you get woken up a few times by what sounds like an angry drunks aamming doors. Bring earplugs, not for light sleepers. Guess that's why they need security.
