Un peu loin du centre ville
Ruhig zweckmässig und sauber etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtzentrum gelegen aber gut erreichbar! Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich! Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder für einen Zwischenstopp wählen!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were just terrific. I liked the location.
My room was banged up. One wall needed dry wall repair and paint. I could see previous patrons had done a number on it. Made it feel dirty.

Was close to stores and had a laundry and gym
There was no pool
It was clean and nice bed.
The yelling on the 3rd floor was horrible
I liked that my grandchildren were able to have a free slushie. I found that to be great hospitality. No need to buy pop for our take out meal. Great money saver. Staff was friendly. My granddaughter forgot her stuffy and they let us know. Great

Safety concerns
Please take note of the serious safety issues we experienced during a power outage.
During the night, the city experienced several power outages. By early morning, the electricity had still not been restored.
When we left our room, there was no lighting whatsoever on the upper floors or in the stairwells. There was only a single flashlight placed at the bottom of the main staircase, and there were no emergency lights in the emergency exit stairwell. No staff members checked on the guests or offered assistance to help people safely make their way downstairs. The stairways were completely dark.
Naturally, the elevator was out of service, so we had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs ourselves. A guest with a disability would not have been able to get downstairs without assistance, and I don’t know who would have heard them if they had needed help—they would have had to shout.
No one offered to help us with our luggage or provide any lighting so we could safely use the stairs.
We had stored food in the refrigerator for the next day, but it had to be thrown away. It was also impossible to take a shower because there was no lighting and no window in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was unavailable as well.
The staff were talking among themselves and using their cell phones, but no one took the initiative to assist the guests.
Most concerning of all was the apparent lack of an emergency plan. The hotel failed to provide emergency lighting in both stairwells and the hallways. What if there had been a fire?
Very friendly and attentive Staff, immediately found my left Tablet and notified me, Thanks again!!!
Brekfast had many Options for Cereals, Porridge, Granola and Raisins, accompanied by fresh Fruit and Yoghurts.
Scrambled egg and Sausages or Bacon at times, very crispy , never tried the available PanCake Maker/ Maple Syrup...
Room Service is scheduled every third day, unless you request for more services
Good location
The fridge didn’t have a freezer.
Breakfast: ceramic plates, metal cutlery, real eggs(!), pancake maker - terrific!
Room: Brighter than most(!), clean, enough towels, good A/C - excellent!
Staff: polite, professional, personal and "extra-mile" helpful - super!
