There were very large brown stains on the mattress the elevator was broken

The staff ... the staff is what would make me come back but the Roaches would prevent me from doing so
Roaches they did come to spray almost immediately but still saw some afterwards
It’s a pretty hotel. That’s only thing good it has going for itself
I didn’t like that I booked it through booking but wouldn’t let me check in after 2:30am. If I can’t check in it should of had that detail in the booking or just not let me book it

Made reservations morning of schedule stay. Property is close to John Hopkins . Had procedure scheduled next day. After traveling 400+ miles, property manager leaves voicemail. Message says “ they are unable to honor my reservation.
The property was clean
The location.
It was dirty and the rooms were nothing like the website showed. The floor in the room was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable and did not appear clean. Wasn’t worth the price I paid. That room could have been at a value of about $75.00 and nothing more.
Very disappointing that the room was totally different from what was advertised and shown on the website.
The associate assisting me demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expressed sincere apologies. He communicated that he was unable to provide a ground-floor room due to full occupancy. Subsequently, he offered a cancellation and waived all associated fees.
The elevator was currently out of service, and the lobby appeared to be unkempt. Furthermore, the hotel's overall maintenance seemed to be lacking, and it was equipped with only a single elevator making it impossible for a person with disability to access a room assigned on the third floor.
