for our next business trip we are not recommending to stay in the same property as 4 star
Pros:

staff is okay, cooperating and location.

Cons:

its average property not as 4 star. we are travelling with you all around world. i was with my foreigner friend and its disappointing as shown in the picture.

The worst ever hotel. 0 star
Pros:

It's not a 4 star hotel, There was nothing at all to say good about the hotel, please check the pictures I have uploaded before booking this hotel please. Only outside building seems to be good.

Cons:

Dirty, uncomfortable, outdated, no health and safety, it's not even 1 star hotel.
The room was extremely dirty and not maintained at all.
Heavy mould on the bathroom ceiling and walls.
Toilet was stained and not properly cleaned.
Shower area full of dirt, limescale and black grime.
Drain and corners were filthy.
Carpet and flooring were very dirty.
Walls were damaged, peeling and stained.
Electrical sockets area had holes and marks.
Air conditioner and furniture were dusty and dirty.
Rusted and dirty appliances (hair dryer, fittings, lamp).
Overall condition was very poor and unhygienic.
No towels were provided.
No toiletries were provided except a basic soap and dirty liquid.
No proper tea/coffee facilities in the room.
We booked two rooms.
No room key was given because they said they could not find the keys.
This hotel does not meet four-star standards at all.
It was outdated, please do watch pictures I took to help those think it's 4 star. Management is very very poor. On top of all these issues, we were not given the rooms key because, they didn't find it. 😂. Booking.com allowing only 5 pictures, i will upload rest of the pictures on Google review. Do you watch if expecting 4 star standadrd.
