Camere moderne, ben arredate, pulite e confortevoli. Personale gentile e premuroso. Un plauso al ristorante. Qualità del prodotto eccellente abilmente cucinato e presentato. Personale di sala, attento, gentile, discreto ma abile nel saperti consigliare.
Purtroppo per questioni di tempo non ho potuto provare la sala wellness, ma date le premesse anche questa sarebbe stata top

Bonne adresse pur visiter le canton.
Pros:

la qualité de la literie, du petit-déjeuner et belle chambre avec balcon. Parking pratique et gratuit. Réception aimable de tous. Bonne cuisine.

Cons:

salle de bain trop petite. Seulement une chaise et canapé pas du tout confortable.

Hallo zusammen, wir waren einfach sehr zufrieden, zimmer ser schön, Hotel selbst auch super, 5 Minuten zu Fuß Zug oder Bus Bahnhof, Sarnensee 10 min zu Fuß, Restaurant direkt im Hotel, Sauna, also war alles perfekt. Danke!

Letto comodo, zona spa piccola ma carina e funzionale

Cons:

Camera un po' piccola essendo mansardata. Ho avuto problemi con il cuscino perché era eccessivamente morbido, c'era scritto che avevano una lunga scelta di cuscini ma, essendo l'hotel pieno, non avevano altri cuscini per poter sostituire il mio. Mi hanno comunque fornito un piccolo cuscino quadrato che ha migliorato la situazione.

Comfortable hotel with good facilities
Pros:

Good location and parking, hotel was neat with nice perks such as the wellness. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

We were disturbed by housekeeping three times. Once when i was in the bathroom one day and twice in the morning the next day, we were woken up by the knocking and they opened the door.

Wunderbares Hotel mit gehobener Ausstattung und Küche und einem Spa zum Relaxen
Pros:

Mein kleines Einzelzimmer war zwar eng, aber so findig ausgestattet, dass die Größe keine Rolle spielte. Ein sehr bequemes Bett, in dem ich hervorragend geschlafen habe, ein Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso Maschine mit Zubehör, eine Flasche Wasser sowie Bademantel und Schlappen fürs Spa erwarteten mich, dazu eine edle Einrichtung mit hochwertigen Möbeln aus echtem Holz, schönem Holzboden und guter Beleuchtung. Obendrauf gab es eine gemütliche und geräumige Loggia mit Blick auf den Berg und die darunterliegende Restaurant-Außenterrasse. Laut bei Betrieb natürlich, aber die Fenster sind unfassbar gut schallisolierend. Sehr geschmackvoll, das Ambiente, und das Personal samt Chef professionell und absolut gastfreundlich. Die Parking-Lösung fand ich wunderbar, es hat rund ums Hotel freies Parken für Gäste. Ich habe sowohl abends ausgezeichnet gespeist, als auch morgens königlich gefrühstückt und bin vollauf glücklich mit meinem Aufenthalt! Sehr gerne komme ich wieder.
