Slightly dated decor, but still comfortable, with superb service across the board.
Pros:

My first time returning in over 10 years. Room decor is a bit dated, but still comfortable and clean. Service levels were exceptional across the board.

Cons:

The hotel lacks a proper indoor lounge area, as the current space is next to the reception or out on the verandah, which is cold at night.

Excellent location if you need a central hotel around Sandton
Pros:

Location was perfect. Once you get in there is no noise from outside. Room was spotless clean and so spacious. From the moment I check in I was met with warm smiles and willingness to help. Thelma was outstanding she is such a lovely person who clearly enjoys her work. She really made me feel welcomed.

I enjoyed the food, well prepared and fulfilling.

Cons:

Nothing really. On a personal note I prefer firmer mattress. The bed was comfortable for a 1 night stay, but if I was staying longer I would appreciate a firmer option.
