Pros:

A localização é o factor Plus do alojamento, sendo que a vista para a praia e todo o recinto exterior são muito agradáveis. A zona do Bar é bastante agradável.

Cons:

O quarto tinha um cheiro bastante intenso e impregnado a humidade, que se fazia sentir logo à entrada. A casa de banho também evidencia claramente a idade do hotel, com materiais bastante envelhecidos e desgastados, e o chuveiro funcionava muito mal.

O pequeno-almoço parece claramente pensado sobretudo para o mercado sul-africano, e não propriamente para um público continental/internacional. Não havia croissants nem crepes e a oferta de fruta era muito reduzida, pouco variada e, infelizmente, de fraca qualidade.

Os preços do restaurante são absolutamente desproporcionados. Um simples copo do vinho branco mais barato rondava os 850 MZN. Para agravar, os consumos do restaurante nem sequer podem ser debitados na conta do quarto, o que é pouco prático num hotel desta categoria.

O minibar estava completamente vazio.

No geral, o hotel transmite uma sensação de estar bastante antiquado. Os materiais, equipamentos e acabamentos mostram já muito desgaste e falta alguma renovação para que a experiência esteja à altura do posicionamento e dos preços praticados.

I made the request on booking which was acknowledged but for 4 hours ie until sleep time ime no pillows were provided

My toilet seat was loose and the entrance door to the bathroom was stuck closed so I had to climb through the little opening. This was mentioned to the staff.

J'ai aimé le petit dejeuner et la piscine. le lieu est beau en apparence. L'hotel est trés grand

Je n'ai pas aimé la chambre, le lit est très inconfortable. Je n'ai pas aimé aussi les longues démarches pour faire le check in et le check out.

Pros:

I was happy to stay at this hotel and really enjoyed the experience. The interior is excellent—very clean and beautiful. It is located right on the oceanfront with a nice beach. The food was delicious, and the ocean-view rooms allowed me to enjoy the sound of the surf all night long. There are several restaurants right next to the hotel. The balance between the price and the quality of service was perfect. I would gladly stay here again.

Pros:

The staff was great and helpful

Cons:

- Found out that there is not any heating system throughout the property. If you happen to be there during the cold months or the rainy season, get prepared to get really cold.
- The food is expensive.

The location is good and the rooms are comfortable

Cons:

The food is horrific and severely overpriced. The food that is mentioned on the menu is not the food that comes out. It is of poor quality and the price does not reflect what you get.

The hairdryer did not work, I asked for it to be fixed, then the next one exploded in the room - very dangerous situation. I thought the fire alarm was going to go off.

The wifi had alot of issues.

Preference was given to some, staff needs to learn English to accommodate the visitors.
