If you want a place to relax, and regroup this is your best option.
Pros:

Very welcoming staff and great service. The views are the best, the breakfast was my favourite

I stayed for 3 nights. Each night I was woken up by hotel music either in the corridor outside my room door or by the music they play at the entrance of the hotel. My room was over looking the entrance. I called reception every night to ask them to turn it off and each night they assured me it wouldn’t happen again. I spoke with the manager and he was totally unhelpful. Seems the staff were also quite clueless to assist. The manager offered no remedy except to move my room at 3am of my final night. The beds were also old and tired and the rooms themselves very dated.

Pros:

Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hotel ist im Kolonialstil eingerichtet. Tolle Lage am Strand und das Buffet vom Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Das ist eher ein Problem des Landes: Kreditkarten aus Europa gehen häufig nicht durch. Das kann schon etwas ärgerlich werden. Erst das 5. Kartenterminal hatte meine Karte akzeptiert. Das kann einen schon nervös machen.

Nice location, but there is plenty room for improvement regarding facilities and services. And the prices for everywhere

Cons:

They gave us the wrong room when we checked in, we arrived late at night and had to settle for what we didn’t want or pay for, and we had to fight to get the room we initially paid and booked for the next morning. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom in our room and everything was overpriced. The buffet breakfast does not cater for dietary requirements ie lactose intolerant or gluten free foods.

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, happy to help and look after the guests. The hotel was clean and tidy (though some areas need a little renovation). The food was tasty and well cooked. I actually was pleased they didn't lay on a huge buffet when there were fewer guests, as it would have been a waste of food. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet (I was not on the garden side).

Cons:

In the main restaurant it was very expensive, including the buffet, and there are few vegetarian options.
