Pros:

Location was nice and central, staff friendly and breakfast ok.

Cons:

There is a club next to the far side of the hotel and it kept us up past 2am - the music sounded like it was in our room.

Pros:

The location. The hotel is right by the beach and close to some nice resturants and bars. Most staff were friendly and able to speak english. the food was also nice.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely old and need urgent renovation. The carpets should be removed from the rooms and the showers renovated. The fridge was poorly stocked with only one bottle of water.

A bit on the old side, some facelift would do the place a lot of good.

Dare I say it, best option in Maputo
Pros:

Perfect for families. Anyhow not to many 5 star options in Maputo. Breakfast is great, coffee is exceptional

Cons:

Pool under renovation which we were not made aware of, front desk manager was cold, almost rude.

It was fair.
Pros:

The food mostly. I wanted a place with a pool to relax so if I was told ahead of the time that it wasn’t available I would have avoided booking blindly.

Cons:

The service received at the front desk by the female receptionists mostly upon arrival. The men were very friendly and helpful however the females were nonchalant and not very helpful so it was abit awkward since we also needed an iron when the families were on duty and they took their sweet time however upon arrival of the men they helped instantly which made me believe it’s a female issue mostly towards other African females.

Pros:

The breakfast spread was good and the only highlight of our stay. The pool was under maintenance and we were not informed despite booking a month in advance.

Cons:

The bar fridge was not functional, the lights on the bed was not functional. The pool was under maintenance.

I sincerely do not want to criticise the hotel just because one staff was unprofessional

Location is excellent and facilities are ok

Cons:

While check in out, the reception guy was very unprofessionnal.
Talking to me on a high tone and argueing with me about my invoice in USD [ that requested upon arrival]
Very rude to me and did not make my day [ 04:45 am]
