Overall average, Think we got a bad room.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent considering the price we paid, although the Sunday was Much better that the Saturday because of 1 specific chicken dish. The location as well seemed like exceptional value for money, and 1 staff member was a pleasure (Olwetu)

Cons:

The room was very bad, seemed like it was still being maintained, smelt like paint, toilet wasn't flushed and the TV was not connected. In saying this though we booked another room for a family member and their room was good for the price. So maybe we were unlucky. There was another staff member that unfortunately wasn't up to standard (Chantel). The second room was not getting ready for us to check in (3pm an hour after check in supposed to be) and she made no effort to help us understand the delay or arrange for admin to be done so we could get on with our planned day, Olwethu managed to arrange for this.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has everything you would need without having ever leave the building.
