Pros:

Location. Friendly staff. Consistently a good experience and good value for money.

Cons:

It's very inconvenient for guests when room cleaning staff only "half-clean" the room in the morning (cleaning, bedding), and then only come back in the afternoon to complete the room (to refill the supplies).

Pros:

Everything. Staff were fabulous, engaging, polite and pleasant. Location was perfect for our required access to the beachfront and boardwalk. Good value, we shall visit again.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and cozy. The view was amazing. Breakfast buffet service and food was good.

Cons:

Housekeeping had to be requested. I expected them to show up without a request and so no replenishing of toilet paper, I had to ask for more, for a 2 night stay, I expected it to be done. Would have preferred firmer pillows. Those were way to flat albeit soft.

Hotel Elangeni is well located and there services are world class more especially the meals
