Renovate the property
Pros:

The reception area, the foyer as well as the dining area.
The view is great.

Cons:

1. The Bathroom needs upgrading
2. The bedroom carpets needs replacing; carpet was wet and smelling
3. The beaches were closed, the hotel should have told us this before booking, hence we book at your hotel
4. I am still waiting my refund on the incorrect booking, to date no email from the hotel regarding my refund.
