They need to improve their showers easy to spill water everywhere, had to switch rooms because my daughter flooded the bathroom since there wasn’t a curtain or shower glass

long story short: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE
here is the long story...
We booked 2 rooms with queen beds and when we got there they gave us rooms with twin beds.
Then asked to change rooms, the lady helping us was a bit rude but we managed to get 2 new room and they were very dirty
Then we changed rooms yet again, much better than the previous 2 rooms.
Decided to check out a day before because I couldn't take it anymore!!
Food was amazing, the Hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was friendly and everything was very nice and well kept. The bathroom is a bit small but useable.
The only complaint I do have is the location - sleeping was extremely difficult due to all the traffic, taxi's hooting, motorcycles revving etc - so this was not enjoyable at all.

I was happy to have gotten a clean bed to sleep in for a night but the room was cold and the heater was outdated , no blankets in the room
I arrived and the lady at reception was amazing I think her name was Khabby, then I went to my room , freezing cold everything is outdated the place needs a revamp plus there was no twin plug 😳 then I ordered grilled fish with seasonal vegetables and it took them forever 45 minutes to bring my food which I ended up cancelling my order. The lines are not clear so when you call for room service I had repeat myself several times for her to hear what I was saying.
