I liked the fact that one can just take a walk to the mall and also the hotel is on the main road

Always a great stay with above average service and friendliness.
Pros:

Staff are amazing, accommodating with early and late check in's and all round bar and waiter service and quality of food.

Cons:

The plastic coffee in the rooms is below par. Sometimes no ashtray in the smoking rooms. Housekeeping entering even though there is a 'Do Not Disturb' sign hanging on the door. The state of the quality of the rooms is at those very, very early stages of needing maintenance and attention. Cupboards, drawers, phones, fridges, aircon rattles at high speeds.
