Not much. The bathrooms could be updated but all good.

Leider gibt es einige Verbesserungen, welche dringend vorgenommen werden sollten. Unter anderem hatten wir einen kaputten Kühlschrank, auch der Safe ging nicht, die Duschtüre war in der Mitte kaputt (blieb offen), mitten im Zimmer war eine Säule, in die man ständig hinein lief, und die Zimmer sind allgemein sehr ringhörig (alles ist sehr laut und auch mitten in der Nacht und früeh am Morgen wird man geweckt von Lärm).
Leider war das Frühstück auch nicht so toll, nicht gekühlte Waren wie Butter, Käse, Wurst, Joghourt, etc.
Die Terasse oben hat zwar einen tollen Ausblick, ist aber leider nie in Gebrauch, weil es ungemütlich ist (keine Sonnenschirme, Tischchen, Pflanzen, etc.). Da könnte man so viel mehr daraus machen. Auch die Bar oben auf der Terrasse ist unbesetzt.

No lift so getting luggage up and downstairs was an issue. The owners were not very friendly and wouldn’t allow visitors to the terrace even though no other clients were using it. Room service was poor. Breakfast was old fruit and sweaty cheese.

Not worth the price of €272/night for what you get.

La camera che diversamente da come prenotata, non era una tripla vista mare ma una doppia senza vista mare. Hanno su nostra nota provato a giustificarsi con un gestionale che non funzionava. Abbiamo dovuto aprire reclamo con Booking per ottenere la differenza con quanto bon goduto. La camera era piccola, aveva il climatizzatore puntato sul letto. Mobilio e arredi vecchi come anche gli arredi del bagno usurati. Colazione con brioche surgelate, burro sciolto poiché non conservato nel freddo, torte secche e poco invitanti, tutto conservato sotto pellicola trasparente, macchinetta con caffè terribile.

We can’t quite understand some of the positive reviews. The room we had was very small. It’s a problem if you’ve got two large pieces of luggage. We had the ‘Queen’ room with a sea view. It was anything but ‘Queen’. The bed had no slatted base – it was simply a mattress on a board. The bathroom was spacious, but apart from a small shelf above the washbasin, there were no storage surfaces. The splash guard on the shower tray felt useless. After showering, half the bathroom was flooded even though the splash guard had been pulled forward. There was also mould in the grouting in the bathroom – probably because everything here is regularly flooded. On the first morning at breakfast, we were disappointed once again. The reviews talk about a great breakfast, which we can’t understand. It’s so hot that it’s uncomfortable even with the windows open; you just want to get out of there quickly. One or two fans would at least help a little here. Sausage and cheese were left out, covered but not chilled. The cheese was so mushy that it was almost melting. The butter had melted. The coffee wasn’t nice. We spotted strange spots on the croissants that looked like mould. We can’t say for sure whether it actually was mould. We didn’t have breakfast there for the remaining three days, even though we’d paid for it. The value for money isn’t right here.

Vékony falak, minden behallatszik a szobàba, a tetőteraszon levő bútorok mozgatása hajnalban illetve késő este is borzalmasan hangos volt. Nem volt hol szárítani a vizes ruhákat. Tusfürdő/sampon hiánya (2 nap kaptunk 1-1 mini kiszerelést). Tengerre néző szoba valóban az, de a kilátás nem a legszebb az előtte lèvő jócskàn elhanyagolt teraszok látványa miatt.
