nice hotel, great location, and good breakfast options. But not worth 250.00 given challenges.
Pros:

Arrived to find no electricity. No air condition in there room and no lights. Had to get dressed in the dark for the evening event. I was told upon arrival, but really no option as much of charlotte was sold out.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable and inconvenience of no air and no lights.
