الموقع ممتاز قريب من اغلب الفعاليات والمواقع السياحية وعلى افخم شارع في اديس ومناسب للمشي وللامان

Cons:

يوجد مواقع للعمال والبنيه التحتيه ومشاريع قائمة مما يسبب زحمه وازعاج احيان.

Bei der Ankunft um 3.30 Uhr war das für 2 Personen gebuchte Zimmer zwar mit einem grossen Bett, aber mit nur einem Set Tücher/Slippers ausgestattet. Duschmittel/Shampoo nicht angeschrieben. Dusche kalt/warm nicht angeschrieben und von der Norm abweichend. Hotel feeling etwas “dated”.

Nice stay and excellent staff
Pros:

Staff was overall great and very supportive

Cons:

There was repair work on the floor above me and they used to work 24/7 which was really annoying specially when I was trying to sleep. Yet and to be fair the staff offered me a replacement but I couldn’t do it as the move has to happen at morning time and I used to be out

Too noisy to sleep
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The food at Chef's Club was good.

Cons:

It is too noisy to sleep at this hotel. Out of 8 nights at the hotel, 4 of them were so noisy that I could not sleep. This is not little noise, two of the nights there was live music on the ground floor that was still loud on the 7th floor, on the other two nights there was jackhammmer use at a construction area right behind the hotel that went all night one night and until I forced the management to call the police on the other. Do not consider staying here if you have any intention of sleeping. The bed was extremely hard, similar to laying on the floor. The wifi, at best was 7 Mb/s and there were multiple power cuts everyday. While there is a generator, with each cut and each restoration of mains power, an annoying noise is made in each room. There is no nightlight that can be used to provide enough light to walk to the bathroom without stubbing ones toes, and if the bathroom light is left on to serve that purpose it is not only blindingly bright but also causes the mirror to be heated (to prevent fogging) which makes the bathroom several degrees hotter than the room temperature. Needless to say, getting blinded by bright lights and heated up anytime you need to use the bathroom, is also not conducive to good sleep. On the 4th night of noise I checked out (and was refused compensation) and went and stayed at another hotel where I was able to get a good night's sleep. This hotel was the worst part of my trip to Addis and the poor sleep impacted my ability to do the work for which I was sent.
