A Wonderful Home away from Home
Pros:

Ramada Addis delivered an exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel's greatest asset is undoubtedly its people. From the airport shuttle drivers and concierge team to reception, housekeeping, laundry and restaurant staff, the service was consistently professional, attentive and genuinely friendly.

The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment after a day of exploring or business meetings.

The hotel offers several dining options, a welcoming bar and a traditional Ethiopian coffee setting that provides a wonderful introduction to local culture.

A standout example of their excellent customer service came after our departure when I realised I had left an item of clothing behind. Not only did the team locate it quickly, but they also securely held it for collection. Their attention to detail and commitment to guests left a lasting impression.

breakfast need have a variety of Asian ,indian and European cusine.

Cons:

need to have a vraiety of food at the restaurant and for the breakfast provided the price is high, the fresh juices is not to expectations and no variety of fresh fruits at breakfasr and buffets.

the staffs are super helpful, we booked a tour and the guide didn't show up, we ask the hotel staffs to help us contact them in local numbers, and ask them for other advices. we didn't try the indian restaurant, but the rest of the bars and restaurants are all very good, the bar has live music, good vibe good cocktail. rooms are big and tidy. they have a gym with more than expected equipments as well, including barbell

I had an excellent stay at Ramada Addis Ababa and was very impressed with the hotel overall. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around Addis Ababa, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and other important areas.

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

What really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, and they genuinely made me feel welcome. I would especially like to thank Youssef at the reception, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He made the check-in and overall experience very smooth and was always ready to assist with a great attitude.

Overall, I highly recommend Ramada Addis Ababa to anyone visiting the city. Great location, comfortable hotel, and excellent staff. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Addis Ababa!

Cons:
