Cons:

Na pokoji chyběly župany, personál v resturaci (večer, obsluha) neprofesionální (záměna jídel - tzn delší čekání a poté jsme nestihli další chod, zapomněli přinést objednaný drink aj. - kompenzace žádná na to, že se tváří jako luxusní restaurace). Tenké stěny - vše jde slyšet.

Anyway, I still rate it very highly and would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

This place has breathtaking views. The resort overall is very comfortable and luxurious. It also has a huge area and is a great place to visit with a dog.

Cons:

However, there was no AC in the room, and it was extremely hot at night. Also, the property refused our request to change the reservation dates (cancel one night). I understand their policy, but it was the first time a request like this was rejected on Booking.
