Ökotel Hamburg kommt nicht mehr in Frage.
Cons:

Es war nicht sauber. Die Dusche ist für einen 1,90m-Mann (ist jetzt nicht sooo ungewöhnlich) nicht unbedingt hoch genug. Die Beleuchtung auf dem Balkon ist ohne Funktion. Das Balkongeländer ist renovierungsbedürftig, für Kleinkinder ungeeignet/gefährlich. Ganze zwei Kleiderbügel. Und: keine Flexibilität beim Check-in, wir waren zu früh da (manchmal läuft’s auf der Autobahn) und da wollten sie tatsächlich Geld dafür, dass das Zimmer früher zur Verfügung gestellt wird! Wir waren gegen 11:30 vor Ort, und der Check-in ist „täglich ab 14:00 Uhr“.

Nice hotel ! Don’t pay for Breakfast with booking in advance if you’re checking out earlier than their breakfast time!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war optimal.
Pros:

Wir waren zum Familienfest eingeladen. Für das Familientreffen hatten wir vom Hotel einen kurzen Weg. Die Betten waren optimal. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Frühstück hat uns geschmeckt.

Cons:

Die Garage hätte etwas größer sein können.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und höfliches Personal
Pros:

Positiv war, dass ich trotz meiner sehr späten und spontanen Anreise noch ein Zimmer bekommen habe. Der Mitarbeiter erklärte mir am Telefon freundlich und verständlich, wie ich an meinen Schlüssel gelangen konnte. Dieser unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Service war wirklich sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer insgesamt sehr schmutzig. Insbesondere die Vorhänge waren stark verschmutzt, und auch die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Betten sauber und bequem waren.

Es war ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer. An den Fenster waren Fliegengitter angebracht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Vorhänge lassen viel Licht durch, wir waren sehr früh wach.

It was okay, but not great
Pros:

Okay room, okay price, people working there was very nice. Location was nice for going to the Messe

Cons:

Bed too thin, not comfortable. Very loud car street. There was a fridge but wasn't plugged or working.

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Samstag und Sonntag sehr freundliches Personal im Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Außenanlage in schlechtem Zustand - unaufgeräumt, Zeugs lag rum. Balkone und Terrassen in teilweise katastrophalen Zustand. Latten fehlten am Geländer, Holzbretter auf dem Boden waren teilweise kaputt. Das gesamte Holz des Hauses müsste dringend gepflegt werden.

Im Zimmer "runde" Ecken in punkto Sauberkeit. Unter dem Schreibtisch dreckig.

Frühstück am Freitag wirklich schlecht. Eine Sorte Brötchen (Weizenbrötchen), alles mögliche an abgepackten Zutaten. Komisches Konzept für ein "Ökotel".

Insgesamt ist das Hotel ziemlich runtergerockt.

Wenig öko, für Ein bis 2 Nächte ok
Pros:

Wir haben für umsonst ein upgrade fürs Zimmer bekommen, die Betten waren bequem, man konnte problemlos nachts mit dem Auto heim kommen 🫡

Cons:

Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr beklemmend , auf das Frühstück sollte man eher verzichten, das Essen war teilweise vertrocknet, der Balkon zerbrechlich, in der Dusche schimmel
