Wonderful birthday getaway
Pros:

I was genuinely surprised by the class and high standard of Suncoast. The rooms we stayed in were exceptional. Our welcome and general care from the staff was wonderful. They also took the time to arrange a birthday cake slice and birthday card for my 11 year olds birthdya. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

While the room has delicious nespress coffee, the breakfast coffee in the restaurant wasn't good. Didn't match the rest of the hotel's high standards.

Pros:

We were upgraded which was an unbelievable experience. Stayed in a magnificent suite.

Cons:

Water not quite hot enough, but thats just my preference. Hubby was happy.
