Phenomenal
Pros:

We travel to Durban often for business and have been using Suncoast Hotel as our base for the past 4 years.
The team has become family to my business partner and I and we will support them as long as we can. The whole team is incredible.

Pros:

Reception staff was very friendly when I arrived. And when at reception, also friendly and helpful. Couldn't get through on the telephone to order room service or breakfast

Cons:

The Restaurant service wasn't fantastic. We waiting quote long for our food and drinks. And the curry buffet after the race was a bit spicy / hot after the long day race. And the deserts on Sunday also not great. The Sat morning Buffet Breakfast was top notch though!

Pros:

They gave us a complimentary upgrade due to Ironman being held in Durban.

Cons:

Had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for hot water to come thru.
In the afternoon I wanted a nice bath....but gave up waiting.
And in the morning didn't shower as hot water just took too long.
Such a terrible waste of water.
The upgrade was great but spoilt by no hot water. So didn't meet expectations
