La ubicación es fantástica, frente a la parada de Metro de Botafogo, a pocos metros del shooping Botafogo y a pasos de varios locales para comer y tomar alguna cerveza a la noche. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño, las camas cómodas y el baño con una buena ducha.
No dejan toalla de manos en el baño, es algo raro secarse las manos con la misma toalla del cuerpo. No había agua de cortesía en la habitación pero tampoco agua en el frigobar aunque se deba pagar, no es cómodo bajar a mitad de la noche a buscar agua a la habitación.

O pessoal (tanto recepção, quanto limpeza, manutenção e café da manhã) são muito gentis. O café da manhã é bom.
Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência na estadia. Primeiro me colocaram em um quarto que ficava no primeiro andar de frente para a rua e tinha tanto barulho que era impossível até falar ao telefone, quanto menos dormir. Ao reclamar, fui informada que só tinha um quarto disponível no hotel e de categoria abaixo do meu. Ok, troquei pois não tinha a menor condição de dormir com aquele barulho. No segundo quarto que me colocaram, o chuveiro e a TV não estavam funcionando. Fiquei dois dias tomando banho frio e sem TV porque apesar da reclamação, não foi resolvido. Ou seja, paguei caro pela estadia e não tive o mínimo de conforto que se espera de um hotel nível Ibis.
