Refrigerador
The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor.

Very nice, remote, bumpy road leading to hotel, quiet, beautiful large rooms, oceanview and ocean is about a block from hotel. Nice tropical hideaway to getaway and relax.

We needed 90 minutes between ordering lunch and receiving it. The hot water never work and for a few hours we did not have any water

I love the dead end road with the beach a short walk away and the marina at the hotel. A lot of what I like about this place has sadly changed. Their water pressure is still good (once we got maintenance to come and change the shower head which was completely blocked) The restaurant view is beautiful. Their beds are very comfortable.
I've stayed here a few times and it has gone way down in quality. Food is still good, particularly breakfasts and lunches. My Dinner came seared on the outside and ice cold on the inside though my friend's burger was good. They are in a fishing village and they had NO local fish to serve either day we were there. The rest of the food was lukewarm. Staff was extremely friendly as always. In our room, the pictures were crooked, they hadn't checked if the shower functioned. There was old mouldy coffee in the coffee machine and they forgot to replace the coffee cups. There was no liner in the bin. When we asked for bedding for the pull-out bed, they brought sheets and a pillow but no blanket. Bathroom was mostly clean but honestly.. not good enough.
Is clean and spacious
Too much light the curtains did not give enough privacy or cover light. There is too much noise at night from clubs around. To cold and the drainage smells
