Lovely Hotel , horrible Japanese restaurant

Beautiful hotel
Very helpful staff

Cons:

There was an attached Japanese Restaurant that I would advise Caucasians to avoid at all costs.
They will treat you like a stray dog that wandered in from the street.
While locals are ushered into special rooms and an elite elevator, we were treated like criminals.

We only stayed one night but honestly wished we'd booked a few more. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were absolutely brilliant—so friendly, welcoming and incredibly accommodating. They even upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. The gentleman at the pool and spa was also fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, the breakfast has a huge choice and everything we tried was delicious. It's the kind of place that makes you feel genuinely welcome. We'll definitely stay here again

A notre retour de Lan Ha, nous ne pensions pas séjourner à Haiphong, mais une annulation de vol en a décidé autrement. J'ai donc choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement proche de l'aéroport. Et c'était une très bonne surprise ! Le personnel a été extrêmement attentionné, soucieux de notre bien-être. La chambre était très spacieuse et la literie confortable. La salle de bain était très bien équipée, la douche avait de la pression. Excellent petit déjeuner, très varié (avec un serveur adorable qui parlait français). La piscine était immense et il y avait même un sauna. Excellent rapport qualité prix !
