Pros:

Grande chambre au 3eme étage, superbe vue mer. La SDB a été rénovée, mais ils ont laissé l'ancienne baignoire. Et la douche consiste juste en un jet, pas de protection, donc la SDB est inondée. Il aurait fallu la créer à la place de l'ancienne baignoire.
Le pdj est bon et copieux.

Cons:

Déçu par la plage : pas du tout aménagée. Juste 6 transats et 2 parasols. Pourquoi ne pas rajouter des transats, des poufs et petites tables. Enlever les ordures juste à côté.
Finalement, vu le rapport qualité prix, je réserverai à Uppuveli ou Nivalevi.
Le ménage n'est pas effectué tous les jours.
Beaucoup de corbeaux sur la plage, qui croassent dès le lever du soleil.

We loved the beachfront location and the beautiful view from our room, as well as the bar and restaurant overlooking the sea. Staff are also very helpful and professional.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner, and there was sometimes an unpleasant sewage smell in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The overall cleanliness and finishes could use some improvement. There was no proper shower enclosure, so the bathroom floor would get wet when using the shower. Breakfast was decent, although the service could sometimes be a little slow.

Also, apart from the beach and water activities, there are not many restaurants or other options within walking distance. You need to take a tuk-tuk to reach Uppuveli, which is a livelier area with more restaurants and places to go.

Stay if you are looking for a quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle
Pros:

Onsite restaurant and on the beach, which was beautiful

Cons:

Accommodation initially looks impressive, but we didn't like the location - no nearby shops, places to eat or drink. We accidently locked our keys inside our room and reception had no spare key. We had to spend the night in another room without our belongings. We finally gained access the next day.

Nichts auszusetzen. Frühstück war gut, das Personal lieb und direkt am Strand. Der Strand war schöner als erwartet. Ruhig, klares Wasser, heller Sand (August)

Loved this place. First off, the staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning) are all super friendly and helpful. I'd accidentally reserved without breakfast, but they included it for free and the portions were generous and delicious. On our last day we left too early for breakfast, but they made us a packed breakfast to take away! The restauarant area is right next to the sea, so the views are beautiful. It's great just being able to step out onto the hotel's semi- private bit of beach and there are loungers and umbrellas to use. It was fun staying in Trinco, I'd recommend it. Dutch bay beach is beautiful too.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand. Das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet und das Bett wirklich extrem bequem! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und falls wir mal wieder nach Trincomalee kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall sehr gerne dieses Hotel buchen.

Amazing Stay with a beautiful view
Pros:

The location and view from the room were excellent. Situated at a beautiful beach. The room was clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Food also was lovely.

Cons:

There is no lift. Climbing the steps with a toddler was a task but good exercise.
