朝食が美味しかった
螺旋階段の真ん中を上下する珍しいエレベーターがあった

Cons:

ホテルが悪いわけではないが、旧市街の真ん中なので車はホテルの前にはつけられません。

Séjour de 2 nuits en chambre familiale
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé et la chambre est spacieuse.

Cons:

Très décevant.
Entre la forte odeur de cuisine présente dans les couloirs qui finit par rentrer dans la chambre, et une insonorisation insuffisante (musique extérieure audible jusqu’après 2h du matin) le confort n’était pas au rendez-vous.

Mention spéciale au « sens du service » : impossible de dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel sans réservation, soit. Mais lorsque nous avons simplement demandé s’il était possible d’attendre et d’avoir une estimation du délai, nous avons été très mal reçus et renvoyés d’un serveur à un manager, sans aucune volonté de nous renseigner.

Le petit déjeuner manquait également d'organisation : une salle manifestement trop petite pour le nombre de clients, puisqu'il a fallu attendre plusieurs minutes pour obtenir une table.

Bref, beaucoup de désagréments et surtout un accueil qui manque de professionnalisme. Une expérience très en dessous de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel.

Au cœur de Bratislava
Pros:

Emplacement au cœur de la ville et pourtant très tranquille. Restaurant juste en bas pour goûter aux spécialités du pays. Des matelas très confortables.

Cons:

La vue est un peu étriquée car il y a l’immeuble en face mais c’est normal en ville. En revanche il y avait une vue château en se penchant bien sur la gauche.
