Niedomyte łazienki, w szczególności kabina prysznicowa, w pokoju natomiast niedomyte kubki i czajnik. Słabo działająca klimatyzacja.
To już kolejny pobyt i za każdym razem udany 👍 Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy Piotrkowskiej, czyste pokoje, różnorodne śniadania w formie bufetu

Łazienka wymaga remontu, deska ruchoma, w brodziku rdza, materac na łóżku przesuwał się za kazdym razem, gdy się na niego usiadło i to wszystko razem zepsuło estetykę całej reszty.
Lokalizacja świetna, przystanek tramwajowy blisko hotelu. Blisko bardzo do Piotrkowskiej, idąc między budynkami wychodzi się na nią na wysokości Grand Hotelu. Można dojść przecznicami od ul. Kościuszki: 6 Sierpnia lub A. Struga. Pokój zgodny
z opisem i foto. Reprodukcja atrakcyjnego muralu na ścianie podbija wystrój pokoju Łóżko szerokie, wygodny materac. Łazienka wygodna, duża kabina prysznicowa. Winda. Ze śniadania nie korzystałam, serwowane obok recepcji, w otwartej przestrzeni.
Brak jakiejś szafki, bieliźniarki, tylko wnęka szafowa i 4 wieszaki, na krótki pobyt do zaakceptowania.
This is a hotel that gets the basics right. Room was clean, everything worked as it should. Location is close to the Main Street and a key tram line. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke good English.
