Omijać to miejsce szerokim łukiem. Miałam opłaconą rezerwację przez booking a Pani na recepcji twierdziła że nie ma żadnej rezerwacji, dziewczyna nie przyjemna i mało pomocna. W końcu udało się odwołać rezerwacje ale na zwrot gotówki od Booking czekałam kilka dni więc był ogromny stres. Nie chciało mi się już szukać nowego hotelu więc zapłaciłam gotówką za pobyt czego żałowałam. Pokój stary i zniszczony, w podłodze dziury a meble stare i poniszczone. Łóżko to nie łóżko tylko deska! Tv nie działa. Pokój nie wyciszony, ciągle było słychać gości innych pokoji. Do tego pokojówka weszła do mojego pokoju bez mojej zgody kiedy leżałam w łóżku. Dramat, nie polecam.

Hotel o dobrej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Atutem hotelu jest; lokalizacja w ścisłym centrum miasta (blisko głównej ulicy Piotrkowskiej), parking na terenie hotelu (+40 zł/dzień) i b.dobre urozmaicone śniadanie. Hotel podczas naszego pobytu miał popsutą 1 z 2 wind -cóż, zdarza się.
Pomimo bliskiej odległości od hałaśliwej ul. Piotrkowskiej okna wystarczająco tłumią hałas od tej ulicy.
W pokoju jest czysto. Warto zrobić sobie zdjęcie komórką kodu dostępu do drzwi- jak się zawieruszy kartę to kaplica.
Parking na terenie hotelu jest niezbyt duży, ale praktycznie obowiązkowy przy takiej lokalizacji.

Cons:

Drobny minus za brak mini lodówki.

śniadania znakomite, kawa i ogólny wybór dań bardzo OK.

Każda dodatkowa usługa, czyli np mały pies parking dodatkowo płatne. Czy osoby z kartą osoby niepełnosprawnej też muszą płacić za parking? Np. w niemieckich hotelach nawet w centrum Berlina nie muszą.
