i think i was overcharged for the property staff were not helpful when my friend asked for a first aid kit he was hurt they just said no bandage .
The dish washer was broken there is limited cutlery in the kitchen we asked for a bigger pot they said nothing availble and they just left it at that no offers to assit at all.

Basic, poor F&B
The size of the rooms, the amenities, the location to the beach. The staff.
It’s a good 15min drive from the airport. The hotel is located by the beach front and neighbours with some small and big chains hotel. Walk accessible to grocery and local restaurants too.
I stayed in a studio room and amenities were complete. Clean and tidy room with balcony.
To top it off, hotel staffs are friendly, efficient and professional. Shout out to Lorraine (FO), Adi (F&B) and the big boss from the concierge (forgot his name ✌️) - they’re incredible and went beyond.

Overnight here between flights and it was all very easy and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I stayed one night on a layover, before travelling onwords for work. The hotel is only a short taxi ride from the airport.
The room was nice and large, with excellent dual head showers.
Washer and dryer facilities are right in the room. The view from the balcony was very nice and relaxing.
The service at reception was fantastic, everyone I interacted with was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy.
We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Wailoaloa. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and respectful.
The genuine warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. Fiji truly lives up to its reputation for having some of the kindest people in the world. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fiji and look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely beachfront hotel with such friendly staff. The apartments are spacious, clean and very well equipped. The hotel facilities include outdoor pool, a gym, a spa, on site convenience store )although there is a large supermarket just a few minutes walk). There is a roof top restaurant with nice food and reasonably priced. All in all, great stay, would recommend.
