Please note that from 24 July until 7 August, 2023, the property will undergo remedial works including painting. Workers will access room balcony exterior walls via an exterior rope hanging method. Loved it
Pros:

A little pricey but loved everything about the place so can't complain. Jack's souvenir shop on site was a great bonus for me. Food and drinks at the level 6 restaurant was delicious.

I had a pleasant stay, with both positive experiences and a few areas that could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. I also really enjoyed dining at the upstairs restaurant, where the food was fresh, delicious, and of great quality.

Cons:

The shower gel in the room was never refilled during my entire stay, and I had to repeatedly request coffee sachets to be replenished, which should have been done automatically by housekeeping.

The dining experience was also disappointing. The upstairs restaurant only accepted card payments and charged a payment surcharge, which was inconvenient. At the downstairs restaurant, I ordered fish and chips for lunch, but the fish was served cold and the chips tasted old and stale, making the meal very unsatisfactory.

Great location, well designed room, handy for a stopover

Cons:

I was very unhappy that I had to send my personal data, credit card and passport details to the resort before they would confirm my booking - I book through Booking.com to avoid these risks. Also, the daily text messages were annoying.

Not amazing, but fine for 1 night
Pros:

The room itself was comfortable and clean and the staff were lovely.
It’s close to the airport so a fine place to stay for 1 night before a flight.

Cons:

The communal facilities such as the pool and bar area didn’t feel very clean and they were a bit tired. The beach is really not nice at all (which is not the hotel’s fault, but if you’re under the illusion that you’re paying for a good beachfront property, that is just not the case).

Pros:

I love my stay here! I'll commenced by the friendliness and how accommodating the staff were. With greetings of "Bula" and warm and vibrant smiles. Location is great, adjacent to the beach. Night life is a vibe with all entertainment provided. Food is tasty and amazing. Activities offered is great fun, especially the island hopping (snorkelling and connecting with the fauna and flora). I would like to acknowledge all the friendly staff like Ima, Viri, Veli, Nemi, everyone really has been lovely (apologies, I cannot remember all the names).
I shall be back here with families and friends :)
