I was very happy with everything at this location.
Staff - respectful, friendly, helpful.
Hotel - nice building, enough space, well maintained, location is near everything you need, everything I touched or can see was clean.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I could complain about. (And I'm a picky person)
If something bothers you bring it up to the staff.... You'd be surprised how much someone will go out of their way to help you if you ask nicely.

Pros:

Padrão muito bom do hotel e quarto. Muito espaçoso, banheiro da mesma forma. Instalações novas. Usamos a academia e era boa, a piscina parece ótima também, mas não tivemos tempo de aproveitar. Café da manhã com boas opções, muito bom.
Funcionários atenciosos e recepção do hóspede é bem legal.
Estacionamento com muitas vagas, mas é cobrado a parte.
Bastante opções para comer próximas ao hotel, inclusive indico o Velvet Taco, com ótimas opções de Bowl.

Cons:

Localização é bem distante dos principais pontos da cidade, atende se estiver de carro. Ar condicionado do quarto não desliga a ventilação, apenas o sistema de frio.

Shower- temperature was great, which you needed after the lumpy bed.

Toilet seats were very low shower is kind of small along with the restroom . Didn’t care to much for the desk area takes up to much space ! Pool was very cold on first night !
