Jepun Bali is tucked away up a gang off Jalan Kartika Plaza. The location is convenient to restaurants and warungs, plus Discovery Mall and Waterbom Park.
The room, bed and pillows were comfortable, aircon efficient, and wifi fast and reliable.
The room has ta and coffee making faciities.
The gardens are lush and pool area very inviting.
The included breakfast has a least 10 choices, and a bottomless coffee dispenser.
I don't think anything needs improving.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was simple but nice considering it is included in the price. It is close to Waterbom Bali.
My family of four arrived in the early hours after flying from Australia with our two young children. We had booked two rooms for 2 nights and were told we were in separate buildings of the hotel. Eventually we managed to communicate that we needed to be next to each other and were put in room 6&8 opposite each other, up the top of some extremely large and steep stairs however were told we had to pay extra for this. The rooms were dirty, there was no top sheet on the bed, only worn out and dirty quilts. We had to go searching for sheets for our beds at 2am. The bathrooms were so old and dirty and there was absolutely no water pressure in the shower. It was extremely noisy as it backs on to a school and there were lots of dogs barking during the night. A huge disappointment considering the rating of this property. As a regular visitor to Bali, I would not recommend staying here.

Pool was very refreshing and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Peaceful given its location.
The water pressure was a litle low but adequate.
