Great Location in Great Area!!

Great Location!! This Marriott is right across the street from the Chinese Embassy, no car zone with lots of shops less than five minute walk away. Extremely safe for tourist. Great rooms, pay extra for the lounge access. It’s well worth it. Amazing swimming pool!! we took a city tour of Kigali, it’s growing so fast. Very Clean City!! With so much development in Kigali I can’t wait to come back!!!

Rawanda as a destination

Rawanda one of its kind and must visit , the weather is great , food is excellent , safe and people are really friendly and nice , I want to mention and thank Olive from the lounge staff for the warm welcome and excellent service , I will definitely book with this hotel again

I want to recognize Emmanuel, Front Desk, at the Kigali Marriott for his exceptional hospitality. Every time I stay here, he welcomes me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. On this visit, he greeted me with, "Hello, Monique, welcome back," and it instantly made me feel like I was coming home. That personal touch made all the difference after a long journey.

I've stayed at the Kigali Marriott several times, and Emmanuel is always flexible and accommodating. I like experiencing different rooms and views throughout the hotel, and he always does his best to help make that happen. His professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile consistently make my stays even more enjoyable.

Sunday brunch
Pros:

I took my beautiful Family to brunch and nothing warms my heart more than to spend time with my loved ones. We had good service, and good food. I am very grateful, but my one point of improvement I would suggest, brunch is very expensive compared to the market price around other hotels. Otherwise everything was very good.

Brunch at the Kigali Marriott
Pros:

We had a great time as family for brunch. It catered for all age groups and we were all happy.
One particular highlight was a waiter named Vedaste. I personally found him extremely professional but he eluded the true Rwandan polite attitude with a genuine smile always ready to answer queries. Thank you for a beautiful day.
I however think compared to other brunches in similar hotels and restaurants (Radisson, Four Points, Serena, ADV, etc..) your pricing is way above average. A little adjustment would go a long way.

Sunday brunch experience☀️
Pros:

Sunday brunch was absolutely fantastic! I went with family and we ate and drank to our fill, the bank was amazing and it was such lovely energy all around.
Of course we had to take some pictures and an honorable mention to Confiance at front desk. He was so pleasant and the camera skills top tier when taking our family photos!
We can’t wait to come back 🥰
