I want to recognize Emmanuel, Front Desk, at the Kigali Marriott for his exceptional hospitality. Every time I stay here, he welcomes me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. On this visit, he greeted me with, "Hello, Monique, welcome back," and it instantly made me feel like I was coming home. That personal touch made all the difference after a long journey.

I've stayed at the Kigali Marriott several times, and Emmanuel is always flexible and accommodating. I like experiencing different rooms and views throughout the hotel, and he always does his best to help make that happen. His professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile consistently make my stays even more enjoyable.

Thank you, Emmanuel, for making every visit memorable. You truly embody outstanding hospitality. Five stars, without hesitation!

Amazing stay.
Staff is really friendly specially Belinda.

I took my beautiful Family to brunch and nothing warms my heart more than to spend time with my loved ones. We had good service, and good food. I am very grateful, but my one point of improvement I would suggest, brunch is very expensive compared to the market price around other hotels. Otherwise everything was very good.

We had a great time as family for brunch. It catered for all age groups and we were all happy.
One particular highlight was a waiter named Vedaste. I personally found him extremely professional but he eluded the true Rwandan polite attitude with a genuine smile always ready to answer queries. Thank you for a beautiful day.
I however think compared to other brunches in similar hotels and restaurants (Radisson, Four Points, Serena, ADV, etc..) your pricing is way above average. A little adjustment would go a long way.

Sunday brunch was absolutely fantastic! I went with family and we ate and drank to our fill, the bank was amazing and it was such lovely energy all around.
Of course we had to take some pictures and an honorable mention to Confiance at front desk. He was so pleasant and the camera skills top tier when taking our family photos!
We can’t wait to come back 🥰

Outstanding customer service. Take advantage of their drivers who, for a modest fee, can take you around the city for the day and even out of the city for longer tours.

Great location

Had such an incredible dinner at Cucina at Kigali Marriott Hotel tonight. All the food we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done from start to finish.

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. Mike went above and beyond all night and gave some of the most exceptional hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time. Attentive, kind, professional, and genuinely made us feel so welcomed.

If you’re in Kigali and looking for amazing Italian food with top-tier service, this place is absolutely worth visiting.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Marriot and Ka Jolly. We arrived at 3 AM and they were so kind and nice at the front desk. We’ve had a great experience at the bar area. There’s a gentleman named Alvin that I would like to promote he was kind he made me a very welcoming new drink and it was very nice. Everybody has been so nice and the Marriot property is beautiful.

My husband and I stayed here for our gorilla trekking tour. It was a great choice to avoid more transportation charges. Tour picked up from here. This place is a high end Marriott. 4 restaurants (Italian, bar food, buffet, or eat in the lounge with a little of everything if you choose club level). We got lounge access. It was a very nice lounge. Good coffee machine & tea selection. Their chocolates were to die for and you can buy some downstairs to take home as gifts. They even had 3 flavors of infused water selection. Sodas, alcohol in the evening for happy hour (good stuff, not just wine & beer).
The pool was big and had nice padded chairs around it. Sunshine & shade spots. There is a gym with plenty of good equipment for your fitness while traveling. And the spa prices were good for a nice hotel. About $81 USD for a couples 90 minute massage. Unfortunately we had to cancel ours due to one of the ladies falling ill and having to leave. But I’m glad they informed us vs expose us! Good job Marriott!! There is a wet & dry sauna here too if you’re interested.
This property is very large and elegant feeling. Clean and fun. There are 4 shops in the lobby with nice selections of nice cloths, shoes, jewelry and gifts.
We asked laundry service if we could get our hiking boots cleaned after our gorilla tour. It was done for us in a matter of hours!! And the cost was 16,000 local or about $10 US.

I REALLY enjoyed this country, this hotel, its amenities, and the staff were all soooo friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Rwanda is my new favorite east Africa country. They really do things great here and welcome travelers.
Come to Marriott Kigali for any occasion, you will be glad you did.
