Pros:

The breakfast was fine, plenty of choice but the hot food was dried up.

Cons:

My TV did not have 1 English channel working..
Staff were slow to respond and assist.
It was not resolved during my stay but eventually I was offered a minimal discount
Disappointed to find the roof terrace restaurant closed Sunday and Mondays…
For a lady travelling alone this was extremely disappointing especially as the weather was so hot that weekend
The room was a little tired with peeling floor and could have been cleaner, specifically the bathroom/toilet area..

All in all a great stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Nacht da.
Wir waren alle begeistert schöne große moderne Zimmer. Die auch leise und klimatisiert sind .
Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Ein Bonbon ist die Rooftop Bar mit kreativen sehr guten Cocktails. Das Essen ist ok vielleicht etwas viel Kürbis auf der Speisekarte 😬 ( für einen heißen Sommerabend) . Das Frühstück war mehr wie ausreichend.
All in all a great stay. We will be back

What a lovely place to be with families and friends which you prefer 😍 such a beautiful place and view and am definitely coming back again because why not 🤭

AC was not working

Cons:

AC did not work in room #703. The whole evening, the room was hot. We opened the window, but there were too much road noise. So we had to close the window. There was no fan available either. The front desk guy (black guy) said there was no other solution but to wait for the technician in the next morning.

At 2 am, we still could not sleep. Giga at night shift gave us rooms to sleep for the rest of the night. He was helpful.

Next morning the technician came and we left the room. Bad experience. We will not book any non American hotels in the future.

Modernt och stort rum för vårfamilj och en underbar terrass med fantastisk utsikt över Stuttgart och det bästa var att Hotellets klimatanläggning fungerade då det var 39 grader ute!!!

toll für einen städtetrip mit freundinnen
Pros:

die lage ist perfekt, direkt beim einkaufszentrum milaneo gelegen. auch die nächste u-bahnstation ist nur einen steinwurf entfernt. in der nacht ist es dank den isolierten fenstern leise.
