Das Parkhaus befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite unter einem Polizeirevier, kleine Parkbuchten, dunkel und ohne Fahrstuhl. Das macht die Ankunft zu einem Kraftakt und kostet auch noch unverschämte 20€. Die Dusche ist mit Tasten alles andere als intuitiv zu bedienen und die Handbrause habe ich nicht verstellt bekommen und sie deshalb beim Duschen mit der ebenfalls nicht verstellbaren Deckenbrause im Gesicht gehabt. WLAN nur mit Anlage eines Kundenkontos, der Klang des Fernsehers kommt ausschließlich von links, die Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer sind für Ladegeräte kaum nutzbar. Der Fernseher startet immer ohrenbetäubend laut im hauseigenen Menü, die Beleuchtung des Fahrstuhl wechselt im Sekundentakt die Farbe und Helligkeit und in der Bar auf dem Dach waren die Sitzplätze einer Gesellschaft vorbehalten, gezapftes Bier gibt’s da aber eh nicht. Als Aussendienstler habe ich solch ein Hotel noch nicht erlebt und werde es auch nicht wieder buchen. Scheinbar hat man hier die Bedürfnisse der Gäste nicht verstanden.

The room was a good size.

Cons:

The phone in the room did not work. The room was not cleaned after the first night, because we did not turn on the green light. The room was not cleaned on the second night because although we turned on the green light, we hadn't told the reception staff that we wanted the room cleaned! In other words, to have the room cleaned each night we had to tell the reception staff AND remember to turn on the green light. NONE of this was explained when we arrived and registered. We arrived on a Monday, and were told the restaurant was closed as it was a REST day, and the bar was also closed. On Wednesday evening, we wanted to go to the bar, and it was closed for a corporate function, and the other smaller bar was unavailable and unstaffed! So you go to a motel, which shows pictures of their restaurant and bars, but you can't use them because they're resting or there is a corporate function - brilliant! The car parking which is also listed on Booking.Com, is not on site and is 25 euro per night, IF there is room! If you want your laundry done, you have to take it yourself down to Reception, and pick it up again from there - not great service, and you can't book it up to your room. This could be a good hotel, but our experience is that it needs better organisation, and needs to be better described on Booking.Com, and needs to be better staffed.

Schönes Ambiente im Zimmer, super Personal!
