Meraviglioso soggiorno fronte piramidi
Pros:

La camera con idromassaggio e vista piramidi era bellissima. Acqua , the e caffè sempre a disposizione. Colazione sul terrazzo indimenticabile.

Cons:

Il wifi in camera non funzionava
Non c'era il sapone per le mani.Peccato per il cantiere fronte hotel perché gli operai lavorano fino alle 2 di notte e i martelli rovinano il sonno!

Good hotel to stay, AVOID the trips via hotel.
Pros:

Location is 100m from the small gate to the pyramid complex which enables to go to Spinx the first thing.
Great, firstline, undisturbed view on the pyramids from the Rooftop7000 at any point of the day or night. Exceptional.

Cons:

Rooms, bathooms: renovated rooms are quite nice. Non renovated rooms are moldy especcially the bathroom.
AVOID AT AlL costs booking trips with the hotel. Overpriced, not safe.
I’ve booked 2 trips:
1. Camel 2h pyramids sunset through the hotel with Hassan at $135 for 4ppl. A disater. One of the camel got scared twice and caused a security issue with my daugther. I insisted several times with Hassan to go back, requests he ignored. At the end of the of the trip he was not happy with a $20 tip (considering the issues it was probably to much) and virtually verbally forced for a tip of 1600 pounds ($32)). A very, very unpleasant experience and safety issue.
2. Cairo visit booked through the hotel ($430 for 4 ppl). First it is on the higher end of the price range but Sam was good as guide so cannot complain, great visitis ti the mummies in the Civilization museum, Muhamad Ali mosque, and the Bazaar. However in the Bazaar Sam took us to a “trusted”shop with egiptian made artifacts. Overpriced (exactly the same marble items in an official state tourist shop in Luxor we found 2-3 times cheaper, i.e. a plate for 1500 ($30) in Luxor 500 ($10). Imagine my shock after the first handwash (!!!) of the plate, it’s losings its colors feom turqoise to something different (i guess not real marble and probably painted)… I’m sure the guide (Sam) knows well that the shop sells either fake or low quality products. And BTW Sam got a very generous tip as well.
To summarize, the hotel (renovated rooms) are nice but AVOID trips booking with the hotel. May be safer with GYG or Viator and do not fall for products in the Bazaar even if advertized as ‘egyptian’.

Très bel hôtel, rooftop avec une vue imprenable, restaurant sympa. Très bon petit déjeuner, personnel au top.
Chambre nickel et confortable.

Pros:

Séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel avec une vue magnifique sur les pyramides ! Le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres sont confortables et propres, et le petit-déjeuner face aux pyramides est juste magique. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter pleinement du site. Une expérience inoubliable, je recommande sans hésitation

Cons:

.L’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant la nuit, impossible de dormir correctement. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était vraiment de mauvaise qualité, avec très peu de choix.

Personel çok yardımsever. Kendi problemleriymiş gibi ilgileniyorlar. Teras harika. Ama herkes fotograf çekmeye geliyor. Bu sefer sizin manzaramız kapanıyor. Kapıdan çıktıktan 1 dk sonra piramitlerdesiniz

ピラミッドとスフィンクスの見える最高のロケーション
Pros:

ピラミッドビュー、テラス付きに2泊しました。とにかくロケーションが最高で３つのピラミッドとスフィンクスがベットに寝転んでいても目の前に見えます。部屋は若干狭いものの清潔で快適です。
屋上レストランの朝食もピラミッドを見ながら贅沢な気分でおいしく食事ができました。
２泊した場合カイロ空港での無料ピックアップが可能で、お願いしました。飛行機が遅れ到着が夜の１１時過ぎになったにも関わらず運転手さんが待っていてくれて丁寧にホテルまで送っていただきました。

Cons:

屋上のレストランでのディナーは景色と音楽はすごく良いのですが、料理の味付けに不満が残りました。
スープは塩辛く、イチゴジュースはイチゴジャムを水で薄めたみたいな味でとてもチップを払う気にはなりませんでした。

Pros:

Bu otelde ikinci kez kalışım ilki 2025 teydi. 2026 Şubat ayında tekrar geldiğim de bu otelde yer olmadığı için bir yan otelini tercih etmek zorunda kaldım ama gerçekten bu otelin farkını o otelde kaldığımda daha çok anladım, temizlik olsun, kahvaltısı olsun kalite olsun gerçekten mükemmel.

Cons:

Beğenmediğim hiçbir şey olmadı.

Une expérience inoubliable
Pros:

C’est une expérience exceptionnelle d’avoir cette vue. Avant d’arriver, on a toujours le doute de « et si c’était de loin, de côté… ». Non, on voit chacune des trois grandes pyramides de face et le Sphinx devant.
La literie est confortable, le personnel absolument adorable avec nous. On a eau en bouteille illimitée ce qui est très bien. Nous avons même décidé de reprendre une chambre avec vue le dernier jour de notre voyage.

Cons:

Le wifi est faible, la télé ne marche pas bien et les lumières des travaux en face la nuit. Mais ça ne gâche pas l’expérience.

Делали ремонт, и пахло краской, понимаю, что не хотят оставаться без гостей, но время для ремонта лучше выбирать другое:(

The bathroom was getting flooded when we took shower especially when I had to wash my hair. The shower gel and shampoo was mostly water and very empty, the hair conditioner was completely empty bottle, very poor wifi connection and sadly almost never able to use it in the room.
