- At the exit of the station, turn left into Okubo-dori street, and walk for about 328 feet.
- At the corner of the super market next to Tokyo Plaza Hotel, turn right.
- Walk straight on for about 262 feet, until you see the Shin Okubo Sekitei on the right side of the street.
-- The property looks out on a narrow side-street, which branches off from the main street. This side-street might be a bit hard to find for a first-time guest. We strongly recommend printing out the map or the pictures in this page in advance.

Don’t think twice, just book your stay here and you won’t be disappointed!
Pros:

Extremely well kept, quite, clean and stocked with essential amenities. The owners were extremely polite and accommodating, walkable distance from the trains and plenty eateries/ convince stores. Extra points for the best sleep of our entire trip on the 4 nights we spent here. 10/10 recommended

スタッフの方の対応が良かった。

Cons:

ふとんで寝られるというのがこちらを選んだ理由なのですが、下のマットが柔らかすぎて腰が沈んで眠りにくかった。

Отель внутри и сам номер очень милый и необычный, персонал очень приятный и заботливый - мне не дали поднять мой чемодан по лестнице самой. Хотя рядом дико шумные улицы, в номерах шума не слышно.
Думаю, приехала бы сюда еще раз на пару дней, просто из-за атмосферы в номере.

Cons:

Не поняла, как открыть окна, но может это я не очень умная.

和室だし子連れにはいいけど、色々気をつけることがあるかも)

寝室、トイレ、洗面、お風呂が全部別
そして部屋が和室
問い合わせに対して迅速に対応してくれる

Cons:

スタッフが9割外国人で、日本語が怪しい人が多い
社内連絡ができてなくて同じことを何回も説明する機会があって大変だった
仕方ないけど畳が汚めだったので、子連れ(特に1歳未満)の場合は敷物があったほうがよさそう
あとアメニティは最小限だから要注意(男性には充分かも)
