Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso, com localização excelente e muito facil acesso. Pegamos uns dias ruins de tempo (tempestades, chuvas e ventos muito fortes) e foi incrivel aproveitar a estrutura do hotel. O café da manhã é maravilhoso (apesar de nao ter uma oferta grande de opções) e as refeições também. A meia pensao com uma das refeições inclusas (almoco ou jantar) é perfeito também.

Cons:

A unica coisa que me desagradou no hotel foi como o banheiro foi construido (fiquei no quarto 25). minha criança usou uma vez a banheira e ele quase inundou o banheiro (por algum problema ou forma com que foi construido) e o chuveiro tinha um vão que deixava toda a agua passar, era preciso colocar uma toalha de banho pra impedir que o banheiro inundasse. Em um hotel desse nivel e com um valor de diária consideravel acho que é uma falha de projeto e impede do hospede ter a melhor experiencia e a melhor impressao. Mas todos os dias durante o jantar, o housekeeping acontecia e eles arrumavam e limpavam. Nao vai impedir uma proxima estada porque achei o hotel muito bom mas são detalhes que impedem a experiencia perfeita do hóspede.

An outstanding stay at Hotel AWA

We had an excellent stay at Hotel AWA. The location is truly spectacular, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, and the hotel’s architecture blends beautifully with the landscape. Our Superior Room was very comfortable, elegant, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay.

What stood out the most was the quality of the service. The entire staff was warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with every detail. The gastronomy was also excellent, with delicious food, careful presentation, and a very high standard throughout our stay.

Overall, Hotel AWA offers a memorable experience, combining nature, design, comfort, outstanding service, and exceptional cuisine. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience
Pros:

This is such a beautiful hotel. We stayed for two nights in between visiting Southern Patagonia and the Atacama. There was so much to do, but I was happy just to sit by the lake and admire the views and the beautiful ambience.
The rooms were stunning, the view was to die for and food was superb. I loved it.
