Pros:

Es un hotel pequeño, limpio, bien atendido, el desayuno incluido es bueno aunque sin alternativas, la cama es muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado es silencioso. El sector es tranquilo y hay muchos otros hoteles y varias opciones de comida cercana. Fue útil para desplazarse desde allí al centro y al sur de Medellín.

No me gustó que arbitrariamente envían los pagos con tarjeta de crédito a 1 sola cuota, sin preguntarle a uno si acepta o no, aqui los bancos así uno la compra la pase a 12 cuotas al comercio se lo abonan en su totalidad al otro dia

Ubicación estratégica, servicio recepción 24h, buena gestión de servicio de taxi

Cons:

Me cambiaron la habitación reservada por un problema en el aire acondicionado pero nunca me movieron de habitación una vez resuelto la incidencia, la habitación asignada no era mejor que la reservada ni hubo compensación por tal cambio
