Questa è la mia seconda visita all'hotel e trovo la struttura e la posizione meravigliose. Durante la mia prima visita, nel novembre 2025, mi è stata assegnata una camera ristrutturata e tutto era di altissimo livello. Durante la mia seconda visita, nel febbraio 2026, mi è stata assegnata una camera non ristrutturata ed è stato praticamente come essere in un hotel diverso. Le camere non ristrutturate sono nella media. La pulizia e il personale, in entrambi i casi, sono eccellenti.

Bardzo nam się podobał pobyt w Genui

Lokalizacja jest ekstra, praktycznie w centrum, wszędzie blisko, pociągi też blisko - my robiliśmy sobie wycieczki po stacjach nad morzem i można się dostać do Portofino. Hotel jest w starej kamienicy co robi swój klimat, ale nie jest to jakiś luksusowy hotel. Raczej kameralny. Byliśmy na koniec marca i na szczęście grzali i to dobrze.

Cons:

W największym natężeniu ludzi na śniadaniu często czegoś brakowało. Jest trochę biegania po schodach na innym piętrze jest pokój na innym recepcja i stołówka.

Non andate nelle città in concomitanza di raduni rumorosi!

Purtroppo abbiamo passato una notte da incubo per l'adunata degli Alpini di cui non siamo stati informati al momento della prenotazione. Nonostante i doppi vetri sembrava di avere una discoteca in camera fino alle 07:00 del mattino! Non c'erano camere in sostituzione ,perlomeno ci sono venuti incontro con uno sconto sul prezzo totale. Non è colpa dell'albergo ma avrebbero potuto avvisarci prima, ci saremmo premuniti diversamente. Comunque grazie per la disponibilità.
