Not a good value for money considering the room conditions.
Pros:

The staffs were very cordial and friendly except the one in the restaurant. They tried to help in every way possible.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be improved. The deluxe room suit was pretty good but the economy room was in pretty bad shape. It was underground and there were limited lights and air. The toilet and also the room had a bad damp smell. The room was small and a bit difficult to stay due to its unusual shape.

Excellent place close to everything.
Pros:

I liked the place, the room was awesome, the bathroom exceptional, and the breakfast met my expectations.

Cons:

Although it is close to the main street in Cappadocia, the neighborhood is not so nice.

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, posizione vicina al centro ma silenziosa, camera molto grande e pulita. Colazione tipica turca. Transfer per l’aeroporto organizzato dallo staff dell’hotel. Tutto ottimo

Pros:

Buena ubicación, tranquilo, limpio. La recepción excelente: fueron muy amables y nos recibieron genial!! El desayuno excepcional! La comida estaba riquísima y además podías escoger mesa dentro o fuera con unas buenas vistas. Había amplitud por lo que había intimidad entre las mesas.

Cons:

Todo estaba muy bien, simplemente cuidar ciertos detalles en el cuarto de baño.

The room was the same as in the photos. The hotel has a great location. Only 10-15 min by foot you can visit the city center. The staff was polite and helpful. I really liked the breakfast at the tarrace, especially humus and the black olives. The hotel also booked for us the hot air balloon ride for a convinient price. They also booked for us the red tour and shuttle service to airport. Even held our luggages at the hotel till our flight hour and let us stay at the hotel tarrace during this time.
