חוויה מזעזעת ברמות שאפילו אי אפשר לדמיין
Pros:

מקום מזעזע, לא מבינה איך קורא לעצמו מלון. הוסטל ברמה יותר טובה מהם. מלוכלך, מוזנח, פרעושים בחדר, שטיח בחדר מסריח, מגבות משומשות, קירות מתקלפים, שירות מזעזע, בקבלה צחקו על התלונות שלנו. סגרנו עם ארוחת בוקר, אבל הגענו ולא היה. מפות מלוכלכות, הגישו לנו צלחת עם חביתה בשמן שרוף, מלפפון ועגבניות, זהו. אפילו לא הרשו שאוציא כוס קפה משם. פשוט מזעזע. בוקינג חייב להסיר אותם מרשימת בתי מלון, מזעזע!!! מטיילים מלא , אף פעם לא קרה לנו דבר מזעזע כזה.

מלוכלך, מסריח, פרעושים, מצעים ומגבות משומשים, אוכל עם שמן שרוף, שירות קבלה מזעזע....

Every thing was great , breakfast was nice and the gym facilities was great

今回が３度目の宿泊で、チェンマイの予約していたホテルが突然クローズしたときに、代替宿泊施設として年末から年始にかけて4連泊したこともあります。自転車が無料で借りられるので便利です。
Pros:

バスターミナルのすぐ近くにあり、ロケーションはとても良いです。

Cons:

今回は朝食バイキングにフルーツが付いていなかったので、この点が物足りなかったです。

Große Enttäuschung- weit unter dem thailändischen Standart
Pros:

Eigentlich nichts !!

Cons:

Obwohl das Hotel kaum belegt war ,forderte man für einen nur zwei Stunden früheren Check in 400 Bath extra.Das Personal war insgesamt unfreundlich - die Herzlichkeit ,die man sonst aus Thailand kennt fehlt hier völlig..Der Zustand des Zimmers :Inakzeptabel,Wasserschaden an der Decke,fleckiger Teppichboden und ein Bad das mehr als nur eine Auffrischung benötigt.
Frühstück und Hygenie: Frühstücksraum war unappetitlich mit schmutzigen Tischdecken.
Das Frühstück selbst war erbärmlich und lieblos ,man konnte das aus den Gesichtern der Gäste ablesen.
Treppenhaus wird Sperrmüll gelagert.
Fazit : Ich kann jedem nur raten ,dieses Hotel zu meiden.Es gibt in der Umgebung weitaus bessere Hotels für das gleiche Geld.
Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist unterirdisch,für den geforderten Preis erhält man ein völlig vernachlässigtes Haus mit einem Service der den Gast nur als Einnahmequelle sieht.
Mein Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend.

Für einen Aufenthalt in der Sadt gut geeignet.
Pros:

Das große Zimmer mit Blick über die Stadt, viele Parkmöglichkeiten und das freundliche Personal.
Gut ausgestattetes Gym.

Cons:

Unbedingt renovieren sowie reparieren. Das Hotel hat viel potenzial. Wartung dringend erforderlich.

Pros:

stayed there several times, ask for high floor with lake view, great views on the lake, its a old, but nice and big hotel right in the center of Phayao, opposite is a shopping mall and different restaurants, we had a very good stay, breakfast was really good with coffee machine, nothing to complain

Pros:

The buffet breakfast was very good, all of the staff were friendly and accommodating and the room and public areas were clean.

Cons:

The shower in our room could not be used. There was a large crack in the bottom of the bathtub where black water seeped in when using the shower. The hotel was full, so we were not able to change rooms.

We waren er al en zijn dus terug gegaan.
Pros:

De prijs is goed, bedden en ontbijt is goed, vriendelijk personeel. Er is een zwembad en fitness ruimte gratis te gebruiken.

Cons:

Het hotel kan wel een renovatie gebruiken maar daarom is de prijs ook naargelang.

Pros:

The location was great. Full of shops and places to eat and it was very close to the department store. The breakfast was very limited. I assumed it was because of during low season and less guests.
