Cozy and convenient
Pros:

Extremely near train station and facilities like Zepp Bayside. There were also 2 convenience stores—7E and Lawson right beside it. We als got upgraded to Refa room whereby there were Refa products in the bathroom

Cons:

Far from central Osaka, though extremely convenient if you are only planning to visit USJ/Zepp Bayside

トイレバス別がいいところ。

Cons:

フロント、朝食スタッフ
忙しいのか笑顔がない。
朝食は7時半に行ったが
ほぼなくなっていても補充しないのもあり
残念てした。

快適でした。
Pros:

USJに歩いて行けるほどの距離なので、電車の混雑に巻き込まれず快適です。
泊まった客室が風呂トイレ別という点も良かったです。

チェックイン、アウト前後でもいつでも荷物を預かってくれる
洗濯が乾燥機までやれる
アメニティが豊富
喫煙所、自販機が充実している
近くに2種類のコンビニがある
清潔感がある
パジャマの用意もあるためとても快適でした。

Cons:

追加料金払ってチェックアウトをしましたが、スタッフの方の雑談が割とでかくて目が覚めてしまい、10:00以降睡眠がそんなにとれませんでした。
それ以外本当に快適だったのでとても残念でした。

安価でユニバにも近く、清潔でした！スタッフの方の対応も親切で丁寧でした。

Cons:

洗面スペース、鏡がユニットバスにしかなく、身支度スペース少なかったです。
