Amazing stay!
Pros:

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in our 2 week travel around Philippines. Hotel and room is super clean, bed is comfortable, they offer 2 types of pillows, they give good night card with cookies. They have a good cafe at the ground floor. Location is great, it’s near the ferry and the city centre.

The staff were always super helpful and polite. Great size bathroom.

Could have done with double glazing to cut out outside noise, however thus wasn't too much of a problem.

Praktische und komfortable Nacht während der Durchreise

Bequemes Bett, eigentlich schönes Zimmer und Hotel.

Fenster ging zu einem Luftschacht, bis 21 Uhr war es leider sehr laut.

Nice hotel, incompetent front desk lady. Hard to check-in and sort out transport

Really nice facilities

Cons:

Super friendly, but has some pretty incompetent staff. One helped a lot, but the first lady gave us wrong information a few times.

They also didn't let us check into our room until 2pm even though it was ready prior. They had our bags up there.
