Très bien situé, confortable, personnel adorable
Pros:

La gentillesse de la personne qui nous a aidé alors que nous rentrions des difficultés dans notre voyage. Le grand lit , la douche chaude , le buffet du petit déjeuner .

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Dakterras was heel leuk om te ontbijten of om ‘s avonds nog even te vertoeven. De locatie was heel goed en vlakbij het centrum. Hygiënische en nette kamers.

Cons:

Het internet was erg matig. Soms was er geen connectie.
Omdat het ontbijt boven onze kamer werd geserveerd, zorgde dit wel jammer genoeg voor veel lawaai vanaf 6u30. Dat was minder leuk.

Great value for its money!
Pros:

Pros:

The staff was really nice, they packed us the breakfast for tours that we took, and helped with everything we needed. The room was comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend.

Cons:

Since the windows only opened to the inside of the hotel and was small, sometimes we wouldn't get as much ventilation as we wanted.

Très bonne adresse à Aréquipa
Pros:

La chambre était propre et la literie confortable. L'hôtel est vraiment bien placé pour pouvoir visiter le centre ville à pied.
Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse de toit était bon et copieux. Cette terrasse est un vraiment agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner, pique niquer le soir ou pour se reposer entre deux visites et admirer la vue sur les volcans.
Le personnel (la dame du petit déjeuner et les réceptionnistes) est très agréable, souriant et serviable. Nous avons eu de petits problèmes de porte qui grince et de réglage de l'eau chaude dans la douche et tout cela a été réglé très rapidement.
Cécile la gérante française est très sympathique, à l'écoute des clients et nous à donné de bons conseils de visites.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu petite et la fenêtre donnait en partie sur un mur. Cela ne nous a pas vraiment gêné car nous étions toute la journée dehors.

Staff were extremely kind. Breakfast was amazing and beds were so comfortable!

The windows opened into where people pass by within the hotel but small small detail for what otherwise was a lovely hotel
