Tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca a la plaza de armas y otros puntos turísticos. El personal siempre muy amable, nos ayudaron con las excursiones y varios datos para comer por la zona. La vista de la terraza es preciosa.

The place to stay in Arequipa
Pros:

One of our best nights of sleep while in Peru. Great price quality. Very comfortable bed. Super helpful staff, even kept out bags until our night bus after we had already checked out 2 days before for a colca canyon tour. Amazing rooftop view

A lovely stay in a lovely city
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and txt me to say I could get into my room early.
The room was clean and the bed was comfy
Tea and coffee making facilities in reception area.
The breakfast was lovely with nice fresh ingredients and the roof terrace was a lovely place to have your meal

Endroit très agréable, très bien situé et personnel à l’écoute.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des lieux à visiter (plaza de las armas, monasterio santa catalina, puente grau, yanahuara etc…).
Le personnel très disponible, agréable, soucieux de nous aider ou conseiller, y compris pour les visites organisées, bagagerie lors de visites sur 2 jours.
Petit déjeuner sur le toit-terrasse avec vue sur le volcan.

It was located centrally in the city of Arequipa. The receptionist (who was on a shift on our last day) was really helpful and has facilitated us on confirming our transportation to the next destination.

La ubicación es buena, buen colchón para descansar, amabilidad de recepción.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía ventilación, muy oscura y demasiado ruido en las escaleras que no dejaba descansar, se escuchaba todo el ruido de los otros huéspedes, desayuno poco variado y tienes que estar tocando cada vez que uno sale, es un poco incómodo.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 5 min de la Plaza de armas et des restaurants du centre historique.
La literie est très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner se prend sur le rooftop avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes.
Le personnel est à l’écoute et très gentil.

Cons:

L’insonorisation n’est pas parfaite, on entend les personnes dans l’escalier et un peu la circulation à l’extérieur mais comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels.
