Muy agradable con excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, departamento con baño reciclado y con lo necesario para una estadía placentera en la ciudad.

Cons:

Puede mejorar la recepción del edificio y el aire acondicionado que era un equipo viejo y hacía mucho ruido.

Pros:

Location is great; you can get anywhere around by public transport in half an hour. The laundry machine was of great help after a couple of days in Barcelona.

Cons:

I missed a fan a bit, yet it was not even high summer. Also, the furnishings could use an upgrade.

Alojamiento en pleno cogollo de Madrid.
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable y perfecta para una escapada breve en Madrid. Estaba limpio y era bastante luminoso.

Cons:

Es un poco antiguo, pero eso no fue problema. Lo que no me gustó, es que no me había fijado en que no tenía secador de pelo, tenía un evento importante por la mañana y bajé a ver si me dejaban uno, pero no había nadie en recepción y después de esperar un rato, nos tuvimos que apañar sin él, lo cual fue un fastidio. Ah! Un aviso importante: se oye toooodo lo de las habitaciones de al lado, así que llevad tapones por si acaso.

Pesimo no lo siguiente.

Mantenimiento pesimo. La cama horrible el. Sofa cama el colchon dos alturas . Mi hijo se cayo del sofa cama que se descompenso alas 3 de la mañana. 450 euros 3 noches y ni un cambio de toallas. Nos dan el apartamento y tengo que ir a buscar ala de la limpieza por que ni habian vaciado las papeleras del baño. Debajo del. Sofa cama lleno de polvo . Que eso no se habia limpiado en meses. No hay climatizacion. Yo me siento estafada. los enchufes de las paredes arrancados de la pared. Y el señor de pelo blanco de la recepcion un antipatico. En fin una vez y no mas santo tomas. Lo unico bueno la ubicacion. Ahhh y imposible dormir bien debido a una discoteca que hay cerca. Toda la noche peleas y jaleo.

Pros:

Lo básico para pasar una noche. La ubicación es muy cómoda, cerca de todo

Cons:

Está al lado de una discoteca y por la noche se oía mucho ruido de la gente de la calle.
Falta un poco de reforma, la habitación está algo desactualizada (las cortinas son muy antiguas) y no estaría de más invertir en unas ventanas nuevas para insonorizar.
