Perfect experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my daughter. Everything was absolutely perfect — the room, breakfast, swimming pool and the beautiful view from our window were all outstanding.
A special thank you to the amazing staff! It was my daughter’s birthday, and I had asked in advance if they could surprise her at breakfast. They organized everything beautifully and with such warmth! It was truly touching, and they created a very special memory that my daughter will cherish for years to come.
Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! We would love to come back

Great mountain views hotel
Pros:

Beautiful view to the mountains in the small mountain resort of Villars. Large, clean room with beautiful large balcony.

Cons:

This is not truly a 4*, rather a 3* hotel: no amenities in the room like coffee or tea pot, no minibar, no room service. The spa is not great quality, sauna and hammam both very high temperature without temperature indicator. The pool is insufficiently heated, it’s more of a normal pool than a pleasant, spa pool.

La localización geográfica muy buena, habitación con vistas a las montañas.

Herzlich, nett und sauber.
Pros:

Es gibt überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, es hat alles gepasst.

Cons:

Als Schweizer gibt es keine Infos auf Deutsch, keine Menukarte auf Deutsch. Mann muss Englisch oder Französisch sprechen. War aber für uns kein Problem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vitoria. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was really good too, plenty of choice, fresh, and a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

The room was nice , spacious if a bit spartan very clean

Cons:

There is no ac. The hotel faces a busy road and with the windows open it’s very noisy.
Breakfast was poor , tired not food and not replenished
