Excellent value on all points.
Pros:

Excellent location, very friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Good value breakfast. Will continue to stay here to break up journey back to ferry port.

Cons:

Not being able to stay longer.

Pros:

Personnel très pro, très accueillant. Chambre correcte pour le tarif, propre. Bon petit déjeuner, certains établissements de Rennes, plus cher, pourraient prendre exemple.

Cons:

Matelas un peu mou. Dommage que la ligne de bus soit si longue, mais l'établissement n'y est pour rien.

Une nuit dans un Ibis budget
Pros:

Le personnel nous a permis de prendre le petit déjeuner alors qu'on était arrivé un peu tard pour pouvoir le prendre. Le personnel était très sympathique. Pour aller à Rennes depuis l'hôtel, l'idéal est d'aller au parc relais qui est à 10 minutes en voiture et de prendre le métro B.

Cons:

Rennes batait son record de température et la clim n'arrivait pas à vraiment rafraîchir la chambre mais le couloir était frais.
L'hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver.
