La gentilezza e l'attenzione al cliente delle receptionist e di tutto il personale. La colazione. Il rapporto prezzo-qualità.

Non è possibile che nei corridoi ai piani e alla reception ci siano temperature così elevate nel mese di luglio, poveri operatori che devono lavorare tra l'altro. All'amministrazione: provvedete a risolvere il problema.
