I loved the location. The gulch area is nice and the restaurant had a great breakfast. Room was nice and lived the rooftop.

It was well a maintained property with cordial staff. Right from checkin to checkout, the experience was sweat. Don’t miss LA on the roof top. Sure to stay here next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Thompson Nashville and felt genuinely well taken care of from start to finish. The staff were kind, helpful, and gracious, especially when we had travel delays and questions about our late checkout and Hyatt Globalist benefits. Everything was handled warmly and easily, which made the stay feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. The location in The Gulch is excellent. We parked the car for the weekend and never needed to take it out — restaurants, coffee, shops, and great Nashville strolling were all right nearby. The neighborhood felt clean, casual, friendly, and very easy to enjoy on foot. The hotel was also fantastic with our Shetland Sheepdog, Kingsley. Thompson Nashville is pet-friendly, and the surrounding Gulch neighborhood made dog walks simple and pleasant. That made a huge difference for us. We also loved having so much right in the hotel. Marsh House downstairs was a great breakfast option, Killebrew Coffee made mornings easy, and the rooftop bar, L.A. Jackson, had beautiful views over The Gulch and downtown. The espresso ice cream on the rooftop was a fun little highlight — never a bad thing when dessert comes with a skyline.

It's been too long, however, I stayed there for work a few months ago and Kim at the front desk have it extra special. She helped with the check in, got our shoes polished, and then found us on the roof for lunch to give us our keys so we wouldn't have to come back down.

As a group we encountered multiple staff who audibly questioned whether we were actually guest staying at the property. The property and location itself were great but the staff interactions leave a definitive area for improvement.

Love this hotel!! We went with a group of friends for the rooftop. The drinks were delicious, great vibes and great service. Aros at valet was so on top of it. Great communication and remembered us immediately at the end of the night. Will definitely be returning!

This is a very nice hotel. Everyone was friendly and the service was amazing. Definitely a place I will be back to! Was an easy walk over to Broadway, also a nice rooftop bar.

Highly highly recommend!! Stayed here using my AMEX platinum benefit and was very satisfied with all the benefits that came with our stay. By far the best one we’ve stayed at using those benefits. I love the style of the hotel and the bed was super comfy!

We loved everything about the hotel! The service in the restaurant, bar and reception was outstanding. Paris and Kaweed at the front desk were amazing!

Loved the cocktails on the rooftop bar. Dinner at the Marsh was amazing. They even turned down the room for us. Walked to Broadway and had a great time.

Very friendly staff. Nice lobby, bar and restaurant areas. Great location...away from the crazy but close enough to visit and enjoy. Neighborhood was great and easy to walk.

We’ve stayed at The Thompson in Nashville several times and it is our go to. The staff always provides the ultimate level of service with a great attitude. The location in the heart of the Gulch makes this hotel the perfect place to stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. I’ve stayed at many Thompsons, and this one is gorgeous. Very nicely designed… with all the usual Thompson hallmarks, but somehow better. Delighted, for instance, to have sparkling and still bottle filling stations in the hall rather than bottles. There’s an actual glass door on the shower unlike the hotel in DC (a fave for other reasons, and the one I know best). Clawfoot tub. Record player (though my needle is broken). Welcome glass of sparkling wine. I could go on.

Was lucky as a Hyatt Globalist to score a Thompson Suite upgrade on an award night, and it is huge and well-appointed. Spotlessly clean. Lovely amenities. So grateful for the experience. Wish I were staying more than one night.

Excellent welcome at the front desk from Hayden after the extremely charming valet duo of Karos and Aros, who took great care of my truck, which has my motorcycle in the bed, my ramp, and my Yeti! Overheight and in need of extra care.

It’s so nice to get to a hotel after an eight hour drive and feel so pleasantly surprised. I spend a lot of time in hotels throughout the year. I’m a little jaded. This one broke through. Already looking forward to my return.

Now, to the bath!

Overall very happy. Customer service was fantastic and property was great. Rooftop bar is a must visit. Staff was helpful with some lat minute changes.
