Gabe the valet is awesome! He is professional, courteous and always takes care of me.

Could not have asked for a better stay. First and foremost was the staff. The front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were fantastic. Check-in was easy. During our stay, a young lady at the front desk named Lexi helped us several times. An extremely nice and knowledgable person, who is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. The Gulch is a perfect location for the hotel. Close to everything, but far enough away from the "energy" of Broadway so that you could relax. Easy access to all point of the city. Great local stores and restaurants. This was our first time at this hotel, but going forward it will be our go to hotel when visiting Nashville.

Everything about Thompson Nashville is top tier, from check in to Globalist suite upgrade, big windows to cleanliness and maintenance, breakfast to late check out. This is the no nonsense experience that all Hyatt properties should offer. None of the "let me check if I have any rooms available..." attitude that front desks seem to have lately. Its a simple welcome to our hotel, here's your key card to a great room, thank you for your loyalty and your late check out is already in the system. I try to stay at Thompsons when possible and I have to say Nashville tops even Dallas, which is a great hotel.

I had a great time with friends at LA Jackson. It was so nice to have handy valet parking which was the most affordable in the gulch! Shout out to Aros and Karos for their service!

My hotel stay was great, everyone was polite and any questions I had they answered in a timely manner. Ahmed (Valet) took great care of my car and did an awesome job with the valet service.

We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. A special shout-out to Lexi at reception for her thoughtful personal touches and for going the extra mile to make our first visit to Nashville so memorable. We truly appreciated everything. Loved being greeted by Diego as we came and went from the hotel. Cassondra took great care of us at the Marsh House. We would definitely stay here again.

The team at The Marsh House ROCKS! We are always greeted by Diego with a smile when we pull up. Tony and the team at The Marsh House are attentive, friendly and always make us feel special. This is the best spot for breakfast in Nashville!

I had the most exceptional stay at the Thompson! The staff really made our time here something to remember. We were celebrating our anniversary and Kayla sent us a bottle of wine which was such a nice gesture! I cant wait to stay here every time I return to nashville!

The hotel is great! The location is perfect - 20 minute walk to Broadway and the surrounding neighborhood has all sorts of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. It’s gives you a nice break from the craziness of Broadway.

The staff was wonderful. Jai and Aros at the Valet stand were so helpful and made our arrival and departure easy! The restaurant in the lobby has a great breakfast and the coffee shop made great coffee.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and was a good size. I would definitely stay here again.

The Thompson Nashville is a great hotel in a great location that provides great service. From Diego the valet who parked our car when we arrived, to Jack who manages the Marsh House restaurant, to Cassandra who topped off our coffee in the morning the experience was top shelf across the board.

Everything was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Thompson Suite was perfect for our needs.
