In compliance with Decree Law 1/2020, of 17 January, against excess tourism (BOIB no. 10 of 23 January 2020), the All Inclusive meal plan includes all meals, snacks, nonalcoholic beverages and three alcoholic drinks at lunch and dinner (6 in total). Any more alcoholic drinks will be subject to an additional charge. Alcoholic beverages in bars not included.

Good Adults only Hotel
Pros:

The rooms , breakfast was great as was the pool area . I did not do star prestige but didn’t feel I missed out. Good gym as well and very quiet on a morning. Spa also nice

Cons:

The location - my fault on this for not doing research but it’s in the part of Palma that feels like Brits abroad so ended up getting a taxi out each night to see the real Mallorca as didn’t want chips and burgers each night.

gesamthaft ausgezeichnetes Hotel
Pros:

Lage, Pool, Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Teilweise etwas lärmig aus den benachbarten Zimmern. Das Hotel sollte eingreifen, wenn dies festgestellt wird. Zudem manchmal am Abend bis 11pM laute Livemusik in der Hotelbar, verhindert den Schlaf.

Freundlichkeit bei der Rezeption und bei dem zimmerservice Personal war sehr gut.

Cons:

Oben im 7 Stock war das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Und das man die Seite mit dem Pool boxt benutzen darf, fand ich nicht schön.

Das Hotel ist perfekt. Highlights sind Personal und Essen. Auch die ruhige Lage und die nahe Busstation. Wir kommen jedes Jahr mmer wieder !

Disappointing location
Pros:

The hotel was nice. The location however was a huge let down. German Benidorm was what we arrived into. Not a place to have a 5 star.
