In compliance with Decree Law 1/2020, of 17 January, against excess tourism (BOIB no. 10 of 23 January 2020), the All Inclusive meal plan includes all meals, snacks, nonalcoholic beverages and three alcoholic drinks at lunch and dinner (6 in total). Any more alcoholic drinks will be subject to an additional charge. Alcoholic beverages in bars not included.

very sweaty !
Pros:

Good staff !

Cons:

The air con did not work properly ,just feel we paid way to much for what we got. The Star prestiage was not up to standard of other Iberostars we have stayed in.

Pros:

Star Prestige lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
Sehr tolle Anlage.
Sehr schöne große Zimmer mit großer Dusche.
Außerordentlich freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Es könnte hier und da ein Stückchen sauberer sein.
Abendessen könnte auch etwas mehr angeboten werden.
Sonst alles super!

Definitely a 5 stars experience!
Pros:

Amazing food and service! Staff was very friendly and was willing to help.
Helped us to find lost items and allowed to enjoy all hotel facilities after checkout while waiting for a flight.
Room was clean and comfortable and had an unusual design. We appreciated very much water station on our floor.
Very good wellness center. Recommend to visit bar on the top which has a great sea view, music and cocktails.

A wonderful stay with excellent service, despite a couple of minor drawbacks.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were amazing – they genuinely couldn’t do enough for you and always made us feel welcome.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and we ate at the rooftop restaurant during our stay, which was also outstanding. The food, service and atmosphere were all brilliant.

We booked this as our last holiday before our baby arrives, and the hotel itself couldn’t have been better.

Overall, these were only minor negatives. We had a wonderful holiday, and the excellent staff, facilities and food made our stay really enjoyable. We would happily return.

Cons:

The only slight disappointment was the surrounding area, as we hadn’t realised what it was like before travelling. It reminded us a little of Magaluf, so we didn’t really feel like walking around locally and ended up hiring a car to explore elsewhere.

The only other issue was the sunbeds. Despite signs saying they couldn’t be reserved, many guests left towels on them for hours before returning, and this didn’t seem to be enforced, which was a little frustrating.

Perfekt mit kleinen Aber
Pros:

Lage genial. Sehr nahe am Strand aber trotzdem genug weit weg dass man Ruhe hat. Sehr freindliches Personal. Sehr schön und sauber alles. Das Bett war super. Nespresso-Maschine auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Hellhöhrig. Wir waren auf der zweit obersten Etage und oberhalb von uns war eine Stampferin. Jeder Schritt von ihr haben wir deutlich gehört. Das Bad ist wunderschön und durch das Glas schön hell. Aber in der Nacht stellt das Licht der Toilette automatsch an so bald man aufs WC muss (Bewegungsmelder). So wurde leider das ganze Zimmer beleuchtet.
