Great locate for a short stay in Rome. Rooms were clean, onfortable and modern yet the building is steeped in history.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the colosseum. The hotel itself is also beautiful, within an old monastery. Staff were also so helpful and welcoming.

Staff was kind, location was close to the colosseum and had plenty of ruins/things to see nearby

Really close to the colosseum - walkable distance

Cons:

Note that there’s no elevator so be careful with heavy luggages. But the hotel staff was very kind and helped with transporting the luggage upstairs

Perfect hotel!
Pros:

This is the perfect hotel for anybody visiting historic Rome! Incredible location adjoining the Palatine Hill (our room overlooked Augustus's Villa). Luxurious accommodation, beautifully appointed room with generous coffee, tea, bottled water, and daily refills of cookies and pastries- all for free. Mini fridge in closet, comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom. Incredibly clean and wonderful staff who booked taxis on our behalf, etc. External terrace for guests overlooking the Circus Maximus. Stone's throw away is an excellent cafe for breakfast. Incredible value for money!

Pros:

El Hotel en si, tienen una arquitectura que hace que tengas una excelente experiencia en Roma. La atención de Francesco 10/10, la instalaciones, la limpieza 10/10, la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Recomendado 100%.
