Perfect location in old town
Pros:

Perfectly located inside the old town.
Not accessible by car, you need to find a parking spot (quite easy for us in the road down to the sports arena, some minutes walk away).
Easy check-in at office.
Better breakfast than expected, with really nice lady responsible.

Cons:

Not much indoor/outdoor places to sit (which we were aware of, and you don't really need much either).
Some stairs for those having problems with that.

Authentic hotel in the heart of Locorotando.
Pros:

It was very accessible to the heart of Locorotando.
They were attentive to the authenticity of this location.

Cons:

Initially we had difficulty finding it and maneuvering around the no drive designations. While they said we would have street parking available we did find a place but would certainly not give it up. A young man showed us to our room. He made no offer to help with luggage until he was repeatedly asked. There were 2 very steep stairways and winding pathways to our room. Later we found that route unnecessary. There were stairs up to the entry, up to the kitchen, and up to a second bedroom and up to the balcony with bath on first floor.

Sehr gute Lage, Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert auch die Dusche funktioniert nicht, zum Glück hatte es in der oberen Etage noch eine Duche die funktioniert hat.

La ubicación, muy céntrica y conveniente.

Logement de charme dans notre village préféré.
Pros:

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le charme du logement. Nous avions retenu une chambre, nous avions finalement tout un petit appartement sous des voutes de pierre. La cuisine et le deuxième chambre ne nous étaient d'aucune utilité mais elles étaient fournies avec la chambre.

Cons:

L'accès n'est des plus simples, surtout quand on a des grosses valises avec lesquelles il faut monter un escalier puis parcourir une petite distance (dans les ruelles pleines de charme de ce village).
La chambre ne reçoit pratiquement pas la lumière du jour, habitat ancien oblige.
Stationnement très compliqué, et de toute façon à une bonne distance du logement.
