- We have arranged for our guests to use the swimming pool at the Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai opposite U Nimman Chiang Mai or only 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel with a free of charge drink beside the pool from the chosen selection with our compliments. May we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by these essential repairs and thank you for your kind understanding regarding this matter.

Love the room, the food, and the people. This was a great first impression of Chiang Mai. The pool was so refreshing.
Nothing
Nimman is een leuke wijk en je bent ook zo in het oude centrum. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Kamers zijn groot en ontbijt is ook heel uitgebreid. Gratis late check out ivm vlucht einde middag. Het heeft alle potentie.
Helaas hebben we de 4 nachten dat we hier sliepen zeer slecht geslapen. Tot 1 uur snachts is er muziek op de hoek van het hotel. Dit is heel hard! Je kan de nummers met gemak meezingen vanuit je kamer en wij hadden niet eens een kamer dichtbij deze hoek. Het hotel heeft wel oordopjes maar dat helpt nauwelijks. Verder waren ze bezig met werkzaamheden. Bij de receptie staat dat deze van 10 tot 18 uur zijn. Dat klopt niet, ze begonnen elke ochtend om 06:30 uur met een hoogwerker. Die maakt continu het geluid van een harde wekker zodra deze beweegt. Wat ongeveer elke 10 seconden was...
De kamers zijn groot en mooi. Ze hebben wel wat onderhoud nodig, bijv de kraan werkt niet goed en kan alleen uit of volle bak aan. Douche en wc deur sluit niet meer en maakt veel lawaai als je ze probeert te sluiten doordat de scharnieren stuk zijn. Douche heeft behoorlijk wat schimmel, zoals helaas elk hotel in Thailand.
Zwembad is mooi. Well kleiner dan op de foto's maar alsnog prima formaat. Helaas wel weinig bedjes. Letterlijk 10. Het was dus elke keer weer struggle om een bedje te krijgen.

有天下午回來其中一間電燈設備異常，還好天色還亮著，七樓飛機經過及下大雨屋頂非常吵完全會被吵醒

la ubicación, está en el centro. Es buena, pero es lo único que merece la pena.
No da los servicios de cinco estrellas. La habitación es pequeña y anticuada, sin confort. El baño es enano. El personal es muy poco servicial. No te cogen ni las maletas al llegar. Pedimos un paraguas en recepción, y nos dijeron que teniamos que subir a la habitación a coger el que había detrás de la puerta. El desayuno, bastante mediocre. Muy por debajo de la media de un cinco estrellas en el país. merece cuatro, no cinco.
