The quality is absolutely not a 4-star hotel

Cons:

The front desk staff were extremely rude and impolite during check-in. They did not even offer a basic greeting or say “Welcome.”
While assisting me with the self-service check-in machine, the staff member handled and flipped through my passport carelessly. Their attitude was impatient, dismissive, and condescending.
The room was extremely small, with barely enough space even to place or open a suitcase.
The breakfast area was noisy and overcrowded. The tables were placed far too close together, making it difficult to dine comfortably without being disturbed by other guests. The dining area itself was also very cramped.

Overall, the service quality, room size, and breakfast environment fell far below what should be expected from an international four-star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel simply does not deserve a four-star rating.

Great hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The room itself had two massive beds, and was very clean with all amenities.
Very close to the train station and they provide a free airport shuttle which was excellent.

Lovely hotel I will stay again
Pros:

The beds are comfortable and rooms have all things you may need. Including pyjamas. Location to mini marts are great. Train and bus services are excellent. The hotel staff are so lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The tv does not have international channels. Only a few Japanese. No Netflix or English channels. But not really an issue, just some may find it disappointing.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, soprattutto per chi deve raggiungere l’aeroporto di Haneda: molto comodo il servizio navetta gratuito. Il personale della navetta è stato davvero gentile e disponibile, aiutandoci anche a sistemare e caricare le valigie.

Molto apprezzata anche la presenza di un’area fumatori, cosa non sempre facile da trovare in Giappone.

Unica nota negativa la colazione, che abbiamo trovato piuttosto scarsa, probabilmente perché alloggiavamo nell’edificio West e non nella struttura principale. Per il resto, personale gentile e soggiorno molto comodo, soprattutto per la vicinanza all’aeroporto e il servizio navetta.
