Un superbe hôtel pour un séjour à Tartu
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre de la ville. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner sont très bien.

Cons:

Le spa a des horaires vraiment étrange pourquoi ne pas l'ouvrir toute la journée alors qu'il n'y a pas de personnel. Les saunas sont le point vraiment négatif de cet hôtel situé à l'endroit où il y a le plus de fabricant de sauna au monde. L'un dispose d'un poêle vraiment trop puissant et une mauvaise ventilation et l'autre à 60 degrés n'a aucun intérêt et l'odeur à l'intérieur n'est pas agréable.

Not worth the money to be aggravated.
Pros:

Location, and breakfast was good

Cons:

Hotel is run by a bunch of inexperienced kids. There is rarely more than one person at the desk, so you have to wait in line. After every room cleaning, there were towels missing, facial tissue, or shower gel. I typically had to call the front desk several times to get replacements. At checkout, the lady in front of us was complaining about the lousy service. The owner obviously doesn’t care, and has decided to cheap out.

Wish I could have stayed longer
Pros:

Greated by an outstanding front of house team in an immaculately clean reception area, I instantly realised I had made the right choice booking at Lydia Hotel. Even my standard room was large, comfortable and very well equipped including a safe, robes and a comfortable chair to relax. Tea and coffee is available at all times from the communal area next to reception. Breakfast is served in the attached restaurant and is of an excellent quality - no cheap mass-produced food here!

Cons:

The bedding is high quality, but the mattress could be of a higher quality.

Väga rahul kvaliteetse minipuhkusega Tartus hotellis Lydia!
Pros:

Väga rikkalik hommikusöök, ilus interjöör, kiire teenindus. Suurepärane toidukunsti ja perfektse teeninduse elamus restorani Hõlm õhtusöökidel. Eriline tänu Ethelile, kes tekitas oodatud külaliste tunde!

Cons:

Toas kapiuks käib kolksuga vastu uksepoolset seina, sinna võiks mingi pehmenduse vahele panna.
Spa basseiniosa veidi liiga pime, torudega lamamisdiivan võtab väga suure osa basseinist, osad massaaźifunktsioonid basseinis ei töötanud.
