Die Lage am Strand war super. Das Personal war wie immer freundlich.

Cons:

Das Bad geht in dieser Preisklasse gar nicht. Musste mich in die Badewanne setzen um zu duschen. Wie vor 50 Jahren in Deutschland. Habe mich an meine verstorbene Mutter erinnert. Armaturen und Spiegel werden kaum gereinigt. Zur Ansicht habe ich ein Video und Foto beigefügt.
Ich erwarte eine kulante Rückerstattung.

Pros:

Honestly cannot rate this place any higher if we tried. Everything was PERFECT. The beach was stunning. The island is insanely beautiful. The staff were great. The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool was wonderful and right on the beach. There is the cutest coffee shop and cocktail bar as part of the resort.

The breakfast options were endless!!!

Amazing massage place at the entrance of the hotel, as well as a 7/11 right next to the massage place. Just beyond the 7/11 is a wonderful roadside cafe which we highly enjoyed.

Cons:

Only annoyance was drunk Russians playing loud pop music by the pool a couple of times. I think that shouldn't be allowed. (dont mind drunks or Russians btw. I'm, just aversed to loud music in such a paradise location - put on some headphones or party in your room).

Pros:

2 Pools und direkt zum Strand. War sehr angenehm. Zimmer sind groß. Jeden Frühling gab es ein anderes Buffet. Roller gibt es im Hotel zu mieten. Das Zimmer wurde immer sehr sauber geputzt!

Cons:

Es gab kein Schweinefleisch. Das Bad in den Zimmer bräuchte einen Renovierung.

Beach front stay ina very calm bay.
Pros:

The best thing about this stay is the location as it is beach front in a small secluded bay. The other thing is that the place is very open and not all rooms are together which makes you feel like you are very isolated. The restaurant is very good and the taste of the food is Excelent.

Pros:

У отеля большая, очень ухоженная территория со своим выходом на пляж. На территории много красивых и интересных растений. На пляже достаточное количество кресел и столиков, на которых можно разместиться в тени. У бассейна можно взять пляжные полотенца. Номера просторные с удобными кроватями. Нам понравилось место размещения сушили. Она стояла на балконе, куда выходил блок кондиционера, и поэтому все хорошо высыхало, что для ЮВА большая редкость. Уборка проводится каждый день, также ставится вода и кофе. В телевизоре мы даже нашли 1 канал на русском языке.
На завтраке предоставляется большой выбор традиционных и тайских блюд. Персонал очень приветливый. Я отдыхала в этом отеле второй раз и нисколько не пожалела, что вернулась в него снова. Качество предоставления услуг осталось на высоком уровне.
