I loved the location and the rooms were cosy and clean. The big bath was a luxury treat.

You could hear other people in the rooms in the morning, so it felt like there wasn't loads of privacy between the walls.
It wasn't a big deal though but it was noted, you could possibly hear other people or be heard in your room

Pros:

Location. The Swan Valley is such a pretty area and the hotel is right in the heart of it.

Cons:

Bathtub is a bit old. While it was easy to get in and out for us, it could be hard for an older or less mobile person.

Pros:

First time at this facility, did not realise it had stairs.
I had my elderly mother with us. Given it was raining she had great difficulty navigating the stairs. Maybe it can be something on your checkin do you need stairs?
